Earth work excavation in hard stiff clayee soils for foundation with initial lead of 10M and initial lift of 2M as per SS20B including all labour charges etc ., complete as per standard specification.

Supply and filling with river sand in layers including all labour charges for filling compacting watering and consoildation etc., complete as per standard specification.

Cement concrete 1:5:10 mix using 40mm size stone jelly including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges including cement which will be purchased by the contractor in his own cost as per ISI and good quality etc., complete in foundation and basement.

Supply of cut stone for carrying out Garpaharaham, ArthaMandapam, MahaMandapam Uthiram(Beam), pavukkal and Nilaikal (Door Frame) and other Temple structure upto 10 feet length including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for paving etc.,complete as per standard specification.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 20cmx 20cmx2cm of approved quality laid in Lime mortar1:1.5,12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement used etc., complete with standard specifications.

Supplying and paving fixing with New Cut stone of sizes suitable for site requirement not less than 100mm thick size and top surface dressed with machine cut edges inculding pointing lime mortar 1:1.5 including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per the standard specification. Supply and fixing of country wood (iluppai) scantling rafters and planks arrangemetns for garbagraham and roof including cost and conveyance of all materials.

Providing new sudhai vigrahams in the vimanams and Rajagopurams with coper rod reinforcement of suitable dia with binding wires wherever necessary, shaping the core with broken bricks set in lime mortar 1:1:5 (Heritage work) added 20% of cement finishing the same with lime mortar 1:1:5 (Heritage work) added 20% of cement bringing to the correct shape (Lakshana) in conformist with silpa sastra inclusive of special ornaments, weapons, peedam etc., complete and providing C.M. Nayam theervai wherever necessary. inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials, such as cement broken bricks, and copper rods. binding wire all labour for working in heights, curing lifting of materials etc., complete including multicolour painting 2 coats over a primary coat (one vigraham is accountable with one head, 4 hands with weapons, ornamental costumes etc., as per prathima lakshans, Vigraham height is measurable from the crown top to the bottom of foot only If peetam is provided the rate with peetam may be adopted as detailed hereunder)

Painting two coats with approved water based Exterior/interior Emulsion over the cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including clearing preparing the surface curing in all floors including brushes etc., complete as per specification.
