Selection of Agency for Street Sweeping, Drain Cleaning and Bush uprooting at MC Jakhal Mandi for Six months ("The contract shall initially remain valid for a period of six (06) months and may be extended, if required, subject to the approval of the Competent Authority. However, if a work order for the regular five (05) year Sweeping Contract is issued during the currency of this contract, the work order issued under this tender shall automatically stand terminated from the effective date of the regular five (05) year contract. In such a case, the contractor shall not be entitled to any compensation, damages, or any other claim on account of such termination.")
