Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F double walled corrugated (DWC) pipe of size 90 mm including snap fit coupler conforming to IS14930 (Pt-II)/IS16205 Pt-II for protection of HT cable in under ground complete all as spd and directed.

S&F double walled corrugated (DWC) pipe of size 77 mm including snap fit coupler conforming to IS14930 (Pt-II)/IS16205 Pt-II for protection of HT cable in under ground complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for cement concreate 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc including necessary form work and finishing the surface with cement mortar 1:4, 5mm thick finished to the portion of PCC muffs above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregrate in foundation, mass concrate) as in foundation of poles & stay etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying in replacement Galvanised iron steel tubes, ISI marked light grade of size 40 mm bore for cable protection along the poles under road under drains, laid in trenches/fixed on walls/poles with suitable clamps bolts nuts etc including taking down of old unserviceble pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of automatic street light control switch of 8 KW three phase using Infrared sensor based Nature Switch for automatic switching of street light. Nature switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux*level. Reqd illuminance level also have part night operation facility for min 4 hrs to max 12 hrs. The sensor along with suitabe rating power contractor (s), one Incoming and three Outgoing MCBs rating of 20-32 Amps & main load circuit wiring (copper) of min 10 sqmm should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade thermoplastic polycarbonate enclosure conforming to IP66 protection class-2 (Hansel make). Taking down carefully Unserviceable Security light 60/90/120/150 watt /Flood Light/ High Mast light fitting from pole/Structure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Refixing the U/S light after visual inspection at complaint cell/power house and fixing the unservicable parts and connecting accesories such cables conductors 2.5 sqmm/4sqmm,drivers, service brackets along with nut bolts etc without any extracost to the contractor by the department all as specefied and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Driver for LED energy saving & enviornment area light fitting > 75 watts security light with active power factor correction (APFC) electronic driver. LED driver 75 Watt with operating voltage between 100-270 V of existing specifications & make complete all as specefied and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Driver for LED energy saving & enviornment area light fitting > 45 watts security light with active power factor correction (APFC) electronic driver. LED driver 45 Watt with operating voltage between 100-270 V of existing specifications & make complete all as specefied and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in repair of outdoor type,weather proof, LT Panel made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet mounted on 60 cm long legs made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm equal angle,embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 bocks of size 15x15x20 cm , front and back openable,double door openable up to minimum 150 deg. & removable type having magnetic catche system, lockable / openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated locks, louvers and air vent gaskets for natural air flow suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 Hz ,factory febricated with suitable foamed-in PU gasket to make it dust/vermin proof , IP 54 protection, Powder coated and prewired as per standard engineering practice, the panel manufacturer should have got any one of the panel tested at CPRI earliest for short circuit current of 50 KA for one second and similar design and technology shall be adopted for fabrication of panel copy of CPRI test report shall be produce to GE along with a certificate from manufacturer of the panel that the similar design and standard have followed in these panels.complete ,suitable cable glands for cable entry. The panel shall be suitable to accomodate the following equiptments :-

Labour only for re-stretching properly sagged/loose ACSR conductor of any size fixed on LT poles by means of machine method to the permissible limit at different location including tightening of cross arms or D clamps and binding with new binding wire, tightening of jumpers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - (i) Each line of conductor shall be measured.(ii) Rate including unwinding of old winding wire and rewind with new binding wire after restretching)

S&F in replacement Shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator of size 75 mm height & 90 mm dia including galvanized mild steel straps of size 31 x 3 mm and bolt of size 12 mm dia, washers and nuts of 75 mm height & 90 mm dia for working pressure 1100 volts grade complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator 1100 V grade including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for defect rectification of LT 1.1 KV cable laid in trenches by locating fault with help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pules, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator for cable of any size XLPE 11 KV / 1.1 KV complete all as specified and directed

Lopping/prooning of tree branches upto the extend to obtain clearance all around the HT/LT over head lines conductor upto 3 mtr from farthest conductor on pole including removing of cut branches & cleaning of site comple all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. (Note:- (a) The trees branches etc will be left as it is & will not be carried away by the contractor/DEL as the wood belongs to CEO/DEO & they will be responsible to lift the wood. (b) Pruning of all tree branches in one tree shall be measured as one Job. (c ) Contractor will employ sufficient labour to complete the Job with in time as directed. (d) Contractor will be responsible for any type mis-happening/accident while pruning the trees. (e) Contractor supervisor will take proper shut down from MES installation before starting the work & clear it before resuming power supply. However, full assistance will be provided by MES staff. (f) The contractor will provide proper tools & safety to his staff for purning of trees.
