Operation of 220/132/33 KV S/S Jahangirabad round the Clock in 03 shift of 08 hrs. each by a team comprising the following technical persons for operation of S/S equipment’s along with maintained of record. (A)TG-2/SSO (ITI Electrical Trade) 04 Nos.
(B)Helper/Beldar (semi-skilled) 04 Nos.
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of complete substation equipment bays complete electrical circuit and lighting arrangement etc. round the clock by a team comprising the following technical persons for maintenance of S/S. (A)TG-2/SSO (ITI Electrical Trade) 01 Nos.
(B) Line man/Technical 02 Nos.
(C) Helper/Beldar (semi-skilled) 02 Nos.
(D) Proper cleaning of control room and officer (unskilled labor)
Maintenance of Lawn
Cleaning of cable trench to remove all foreign material i.e. piece of cable insulation, bushes, old and damaged cable tray, angle pieces extra tree soil, concrete scrape etc. before painting of M.S. structure and dressing of cable. Also including the work of talking out energized control cable from trench for proper cleaning of cable trenches.
Grass Cutting (4 times) + Chemical Spray (1 Time) (A) Proper cleaning of jungle uprooting of rank vegetation grass, bushes at substation security wall including campus of staff residential quarter four times in a year as per direction of in charge (Approx –Area 5200 sq. mtr.)
(B) Chemical Spray in switchyard
Fire Fighting including Emulsifier and fire Hydrant (A)Complete servicing of Air compressor including changing of compressor oil air filter, fan belts etc. and other associated work related to complete the job satisfactorily and also check electrical circuit for auto function.
(B)Complete servicing of Diesel engine pump and other associated work related to complete the job satisfactorily and also check electrical circuit for auto function.
(C) Complete servicing of electric motor jockey pump and other associated work related to complete the job satisfactorily and also check electrical circuit for auto function.
(D) Complete servicing of electric motor main pump and other associated work related to complete the job satisfactorily and also check electrical circuit for auto function.
(E) Repairing and maintenance including proper cleaning of high velocity water spray/nozzle.
(F) Refilling of foam type and DCP type fire extinguish shall done once in a year and CO2 type fire extinguish shall be executed as required in empty cylinders only.
Miscellaneous works related to Air conditioning system.
