Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L for providing cemnet concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work in cement mortar incl all quions, arches,pillers etc, but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as per manufacturer instruction.
