Cleaning of surrounding area of E&M installation around the bldg , transformer, GOD LT panel by grass cutting manually or mechanically (Bush cutter) as per requirement basis and trimming as directed by Engr-in-Charge, including taking out all shrubs, saplings with bushes and any type of vegetation and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with Fly ash brick designation 100 Kg / Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, using bricks of size 230 mm x 110 mm x 70 mm confirming to IS 12894, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work in half brick thick wall with Fly ash brick designation 100 Kg / Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, using bricks of size 230 mm x 110 mm x 70 mm confirming to IS 12894, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debries to a distance exe 2.5 Km but n. exe 5 Km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto for providing fair finished drain channel for Ser item No 7 in above

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type D-2 1:4:8 as in foundation and mass concrete (using 40mm graded stone agg) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor / path / hard standing, laid in alternate bay system finish the surface even & smooth with using extra cement complete.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, padding and bed block, wall through and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate ) as in roof kerbs /padding or similar work or mud stops rounded or chamferred on edges, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as plinth protection/path and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling joints between two panels with mix of 85/25 bitumen and sand in 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced Cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls and in shelves etc and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste form work to soffits of suspended slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick fair finished flat complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT reinforcement bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. Taking down cement plaster on brick wall, racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and removal of debries to a distance exe 2.5 Km but n. exe 5 Km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick work/ concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces, finished fair & even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work surface finished even and fair without using extra cement including mixing only waterproofing compound as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Integral WPC shall be measured and paid seprately )

M&L rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling , in cement and sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished fair & even without extra cement, cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound powder conforming to IS specification, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer all as specified on walls surface including a thin layer wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coats exterior emulsion weather coat paint of Apex (Asian Paint) / Weather coat (Berger) / Excel Top Guard (Nerolac) over newly plastered surface including preparation of wall surface over and including 1 mm thick wall care putty & primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces, plastered or unplastered new surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slab and tiles of any description or and thickness in floors, aprons etc including cement mortar bedding (But not backing) or laid dry or laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18-20mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab flooring with marble stone strips/ slab/ tiles as per design approved, over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Screed bed will not be measured and paid separately)

M&L 18-20mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab as in skirting /riser over rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Rendering will not be measured and paid separately)

Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete over 20mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30 cmx30cmx20 mm thick with gray cement and pigment , set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as in floors complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Screed bed will not be measured and paid separately)

Dismantling post or struts (wood/steel or RCC) any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good distrubed on normal ground in concrete, brick works masonary complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes each not exc. 0.5 cum getting out in soft / loose soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc. 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for angle iron as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing ire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for M S work as framed works such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes,framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders, framed balusters walk ways railing, framed work of water tanks, framed and hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding sliding bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of 10mm dia of sank with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down mild steel barbed wire of any descreption from post etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Each line wire to be measured)

Restraining / resecuring including making good staples galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Each line wire to be measured.)

Temporarily blocking and cleaning of inlet of septic tanks/manhole with suitable wooden plugs/gunny bags and pumping/bailing out effluent and taking out/removing the accumulated sludge soil sewage/any other foreign/foul materials etc (solid/semisolid) from the septic tanks/manholes. complete and cleaning the septic tank/manholes with water by mechanically including taking out the blocking arrangements of inlet and making the system functional complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Depth of manhole/SOAK WELL/SEPTIC TANK exc 0.5 to 1.5M from below GL (ii) Size of tank upto water level shall be measured

Temporarily blocking and cleaning of inlet of septic tanks/manhole with suitable wooden plugs/gunny bags and pumping/bailing out effluent and taking out/removing the accumulated sludge soil sewage/any other foreign/foul materials etc (solid/semisolid) from the septic tanks/manholes. complete and cleaning the septic tank/manholes with water by mechanically including taking out the blocking arrangements of inlet and making the system functional complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Depth of manhole/SOAK WELL/SEPTIC TANK exc 1.50M to 4.50M from below GL (ii) Size of tank upto water level shall be measured

Temporarily blocking of sewage line with suitable wooden plugs/gunny bags and cleaning the same by rod-ding and removing the sludge alongwith brick bats/stones/broken bottles/any other foreign materials etc complete and cleaning the sewage line with water by mechanilly as directed by EIC, and taking out the blocking arrangements of inlet and making the system functional for 150 mm bore size of pipe lines, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 52 above but 200 mm bore

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5 m depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes,pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out as in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar of dia 150 mm, including bedding & haunching and removal of debries to a distance exe 2.5 Km but n. exe 5 Km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm bore SGSW drain pipe (Grade-A) laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:1 and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of 150 mm bore dia including packing uner , and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested ;in complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
