Dismantling of concrete poles/ struts, any size including stacking & removal from site complete all as directed.

Dismantling and taking down steel poles/struts, any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing old cross arms, bracings, supports etc of any section, FI clamps, nuts, bolts, insulators etc. from OH line and checking for re-use & removal of unserviceable cross arms, bracing, supports etc from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of insulators any size/ type from poles including removal from site complete all as directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable stay assembly carefully including stay wire necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, demolition of PCC of any type and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down GI earth wire or cradle guard, any type any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down overhead ACSR/AAC conductor (steel reinforced) from existing electric pole complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of air break gang operated switch vertical/ horizontal mounted incluidng insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/ worn out components and insulators etc. and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, for laying of pipe, cable etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading clean and dry fine sand free from sharp materials (unwashed) laying in trenches around the cable for cushioning in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note : Punned thickness shall be considered for the payment purpose.)

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, Class HVP type-1 with peak, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing in trenches/ on pole/ through pipes, 11000 volts (E) grade, XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core conforming to IS 7098/ (PART-II) 1985 with latest amendments and testing on completion complete all as directed. Note:- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and cable protection shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ.

M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as speciified and as directed.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specoified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 11 KV HT Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp class complete all as speicified and directed

Supply and fix HT 11 KV out door type gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting rotating type complete with 9 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps compete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint cpmplete all as specified and directed

Supply & errection Steel tubular/H type swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified, type 410 SP-55 ( 11 metres long ) to be used for 4 pole/ 2 pole structure complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : Cross arms, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers will be measured and paid for separately against relevant items of this BOQ.)

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60 cmx 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level connecting to and including GI earth wire of dia 4.0 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia medium grade pipe for protection of GI wire to the extent of 7.5 mtrs asearthing lead including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit all as per Electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I (2009) including PCC foundation/chamber in mix 1:2:4 type B1 with angle iron frame CI frame, CI cover with provision of locking arrangement and 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto MS funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement complete including excavation and earthwork in any type of strata and testing complete including fill up the earth pit with soil for best result and removal ( for street light poles). Note :- Earth protection pipe & earthing wire upto and including 7.5 m length is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Supplying and fixing/ laying of 80 mm bore dia GI pipe light grade in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall including all fittings, ISI marked as required for cable protection etc including taking out the old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green with Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Vice type connectors consisting of two brass plates, and two steel bolts and nuts for 2 conductors of equal or unequal sizes, for non-tension connections 'including treatment of connector and ACSR conductor with conducting jelly complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) any type complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road/pavement /hard standing by trenchless technology with neccessary machineries for inserting the GI pipe of size upto 80 mm working pressure dia all as directed.

Supply and fixing new stay assembly complete with accessories and GI stay rod 20 mm dia 1900 mm long, stay wire 7/8 SWG stranded galvanised including mild steel stay plate 300 mm X 500 mm x 6 mm and galvanised thimble, galvanised steel 14 mm dia 400 mm long stay bow and GI nuts, washers including loop type insulator vitreous porcelain white, brown or green big size with overall dimensions 90 mm x140 mm clearance of hole 25.5 mm,in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR Part –I (2009) complete all as specified and shown

S & F HT 11 KV/33 KV /LT MS cable route indicator, engraved the description on the disc not less than 5" dia fixed with two Nos of nut, bolt and washers mounted on 32 x 6 mm MS Strip of approx length 50 cm duly painted on all steel parts as per colour code and provision of PCC(1 : 2 : 4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate of not less than 0.05 cum in each at base buried under the ground including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with using copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Earth protection pipe & earthing strip upto and including 7.5 m length is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.)

M &L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 20x3mm copper strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs 1,28,212.00 to be deducted during AOC
