Consultancy services for designing structures including Foundations etc based on SBC of soil, Soil investigation, Preparing Architectural and Structural drawings of building & External services, Vetting the structural design & drawings by IIT/Govt Engineering college, Submission of 20 sets of vetted drawings along with vetted design details & soft copies of these drawings, Preparing diagram & schedule for Air Conditioning, Fire Fighting System, Cranes, Lightening Protection, Biometric Access, Electrically Operated Doors, Nitrogen and pneumatic supply arrangement, External Electric & Water Supply, Internal Electrification consisting of Voltage Stabilizer, Stand by DG Set supply, Telephone Wiring, Elect Supply for Water Coolers and Preparation of Detailed Estimates of Buildings, including VIFT wall and Abstracts of Estimated Cost alongwith yard stick of building cost for regulating payment in RARs for the work "Demolition and reconstruction of Fire Headquarter at NAD Karanja". Note :- Minimum GRIHA 3 star norms should be considered while designing the building.
