SCHEDULE 'A' PART - XI (MANNING AND OPERATION FOR 03 YEARS DURING DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD OF 03 YEARS) Manning and operation, Routine mainteanance of 01 (One) No of Sewage Treatment Plant of 150 KLD, including DG Sets 20 kVA, including chemicals and consumable for day to day operations by provisioning of qualified 01 (one) operator/shift in 02 shifts of 08 hours duration for operation of plant daily including sundays and public holidays and carrying out daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & half yearly maintenance complete all as specified and directed, during defects liability period after physical completion, testing and taking over of plant by MES all as specified and as directed.

Manning and operation, Routine mainteanance of 01 (One) No of Sewage Treatment Plant of 150 KLD, including DG Sets 20 kVA, including chemicals and consumable for day to day operations by provisioning of qualified 01 (one ) operator/shift in 02 shifts of 08 hours duration for operation of plant daily including sundays and public holidays and carrying out daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & half yearly maintenance complete all as specified and directed, during defects liability period and after completion of 09 months of handing over STP to MES.

Manning and operation, Routine mainteanance of 01 (One) No of Sewage Treatment Plant of 150 KLD, including DG Sets 20 kVA, including chemicals and consumable for day to day operations by provisioning of qualified 01 (one) operator/shift in 02 shifts of 08 hours duration for operation of plant daily including sundays and public holidays and carrying out daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & half yearly maintenance complete all as specified and directed,during defects liability period maintenance complete all as specified and directed, during defects liability period after completion of 18 months of handing over STP to MES.

Manning and operation, Routine mainteanance of 01 (One) No of Sewage Treatment Plant of 150 KLD, including DG Sets 20 kVA, including chemicals and consumable for day to day operations by provisioning of qualified 01 (one) operator in 02 shifts of 08 hours duration for operation of plant daily including sundays and public holidays and carrying out daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & half yearly maintenance complete all as specified and directed, during defects liability period after completion of 27 months of handing over STP to MES.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART - XII (MANNING AND OPERATION FOR 24 MONTHS AFTER EXPIRY OF DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD OF 03 YEARS) Manning and operation, Routine mainteanance of 01 (One) No of Sewage Treatment Plant of 150 KLD, including DG Sets 20 kVA, including chemicals and consumable for day to day operations by provisioning of qualified 01 (one) operator/shift in 02 shifts of 08 hours duration for operation of plant daily including sundays and public holidays and carrying out daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & half yearly maintenance complete all as specified and directed after completion of defect liability period of 36 months.

Manning and operation, Routine mainteanance of 01 (One) No of Sewage Treatment Plant of 150 KLD, including DG Sets 20 kVA, including chemicals and consumable for day to day operations by provisioning of qualified 01 (one) operator/shift in 02 shifts of 08 hours duration for operation of plant daily including sundays and public holidays and carrying out daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & half yearly maintenance complete all as specified and directed after completion of 45 months (including 36 months defects liability period and 09 months maintenance and operation of STP).

Manning and operation, Routine mainteanance of 01 (One) No of Sewage Treatment Plant of 150 KLD, including DG Sets 20 kVA, including chemicals and consumable for day to day operations by provisioning of qualified 01 (one) operator/shift in 02 shifts of 08 hours duration for operation of plant daily including sundays and public holidays and carrying out daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & half yearly maintenance complete all as specified and directed after completion of 54 months (including 36 months defects liability period and 18months maintenance and operation of STP). . Note: (i) Manning and operation shall be carried out by the OEM only (ii) Electricty and water for operation of the plant shall be issued by the department free of cost. (iii) The period of operation and maintenance will start from the date of handing over of STP to MES by contractor subject to nil defects at the time of handing over STP. Maintenance and operation of STP is accordingly planned for 05 years from date of handing over of STP to MES. (iv) Sludge from drying beds shall be removed in closed container to out side MD Land (v) The contractor shall operate and maintain all the T&P installed under this work at no extra cost. (vi) The manning and operation include all consumables including all chemicals for testing and lubricants for operation and testing. (vii) All log sheets shall be maintained for every shift. The details of consumables used shall also recorded as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (viii) Diesel required for DG set will be issued by the department free of cost. Transporatation of Diesel from place of issue to the DG sets shall be borne by the contractor. Records for running hours and fuel consumed shall be maintained daily on log sheet and plant running record for DG set. (ix) Manning and operation shall be carried out in two shifts including holidays of 8 hours each with one FGM. In case of non operation of the plant on account of contractor’s default/non employment of operators, recovery at Rs. 2000/- per shift shall be recovered from contractor's dues. (x) Any tradesman/employees shall not be allowed to continue their employment for more than 11 month. (xi) The manning and operation includes replacement of essential electrical and mechanical parts as decided by GE for smooth functioning of the plant.
