Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC, Cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/roof Slab and roof projection Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, column, beam landings and similar work n exc 200mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and above , cut to length ,bent to shape required , including cranking , bending , spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dismantling/ taking down old existing unserviceable cement plaster, loose/ unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing external / internal surface of RCC roof/ slab/ beams/ columns/ RCC facias for an average depth of 25mm (Approx height 7.5m from natural ground level) with power driven pneumatic flat/pointed chisel and removing the honeycombed area including all the corners and making a neat profile of the cavities, roughen the smooth surface , scrapping out/removing corrosion all loose/scale/rust etc form the visible reinforcement by applying rust remover such as Rust Off 100 of make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, M/s Thermax Limited( as approved by GE) and cleaning the steel reinforcement properly all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified and directed and comprising of below mentioned process :-

(a) Providing cement based admixed with Sikacim, integral waterproofing liquid M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, , M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, M/s Thermex Ltd (as approved by GE) @ 0.2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions over a coat of acrylic emulsion bonding agent such as per as Sika Latex in 1:1:3 ratio of Make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/S Fosroc chemicals, M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, M/s Thermex Ltd (as approved by GE) having specific gravity of 1.02 or as per manufacturer’s instructions with necessary surface preparation such as creating mechanical key like roughening the surface by scrabbing, grit blasting and cleaning the existing surface using high pressure water jet machine having pressure upto 500 bar pressure to remove the dirt, dust, loose particles , wax, efforencene and other contaminations from the surface of RCC columns/ beams/ slabs/ facia/ any brick/ stone surfaces etc all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Providing and applying FRIAZINC R, corrosion inhabiliting Active Zinc rich primer of make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, , M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, M/s Thermex Ltd (as approved by GE) along the exposed reinforcement surface property and allowed to dry.

(c) Providing and applying Hibond, Epoxy based Thixotropic bonding adhesive of Make of M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, M/s Thermex Ltd ( as approved by GE) over the prepared concrete surface to get a good bonding between existing concrete surface and providing Sika Rep Microcrete 4 Fiber reinforced cementitious repair micro concrete of make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, M/s Thermex Ltd ( as approved by GE) over Epoxy based bonding agent applied area before 6 Hrs etc including providing necessary proportions , bracing and runners to relieve the member from the load coming on it including scaffolding leak proof shuttering with working platform as required and as per design and pattern complete including preparing the surface to match with the existing surface all as specified and directed.

(d) Note : The work under (Item No. 5 to 8 of BOQ) shall be carried out through authorized and qualified applicators of the any following manufacturer only. M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s STP Limited, M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited,M/s Thermax Limited

(i) A performance guarantee certificate for two years shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE on completion of work as specified.

(ii) The unit rate quoted for item No. 5 to 8 of BOQ is deemed to be included for Removing of accumulated earth of any width and depth upto 15 cm cleaning/cutting the grass with hand operated petrol/kerosene driven grass cutting machine and removing the grass waste around 3 m from plinth protection to outside MD land Note: Periodicity of cutting of grass shall be before commencement of work and after completion of repairs.

M & L preparation of old surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment of wall by using pressure washer, of exterior wall decorating and water proofing treatment to wall surface by wire brushing in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles, laitance. Thereafter wash the surface with clean water & allow to dry.Making groove as requirment according to crack, clean with water, Fill visible cracks/ joints by smart care crack sealer caulking compound & allow to dry for 24 hours. Apply a primer coat of (apex ultima protek base coat or equivalent) and allow to dry for 6 hours. Thereafter apply 02 coats of Weather coat (apex ultima protek top coat or equivalent) & shade by brush at the interval of 08 hours between the coat and allow to dry to match the existing shade including necessary scaffolding for any height, covering etc ( as approved by GE) and all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The unit quoted rate shall be inclusive of material,any height of bldg of any size and all labours, tools and plants including scaffolding required for working upto approx 25 mtr height from natural ground level and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts, ropes, helmets, netting etc. which are required for safety of working labour at height exceeding 3 to 35 mtr height shall be mandatary and deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

M&L Repair of leakage/seepage from the wall/ door bend /door tee/ 'Y' junction/ 'T' Junction of soil pipe / waste pipe/ vent pipe of kitchen/ bathroom/WC upto G+3 ht or at the ground floor Qtr including change of any damage soil waste pipes or fittings of any shape, specification and size, making good to the damaged portion of wall with brick work in cement mortar 1:6 or cement concrete 1:2:4 and plastering to wall in CM 1:4 and finished the surfaces matching to existing wall complete to avoid the leakage/ seepage at the site of work as directed and as specified.

Supply and fixing 25 mm bore galvanized steel water tubing, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors including taking up or down old steel tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 40 mm bore galvanized steel water tubing, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors including taking up or down old steel tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases pinning in making good to facing where required for concealed water tubing any size and making good with CM 1:3 cutting not exc 10cm girth in brick/stone walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ceramic coloured tiles of size 350mmx250mm/ 300mm X 450mmx7 to 8 mm thick, on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured / white cement to match the tiles inc rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in backing coat to receive wall tiles etc and dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding and removing debris and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile not exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes and dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding and removing debris and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing plant/Uprooting of vegetation growth including roots on wall/roof/parapet near pipes etc and applying acid treatment after removing roots for preventing regrowth and making good disturbed surfaces/area in superficial area exc 150sq.cm but n.exc 400 sq.cm and averaging depth not exceeding 10 cm by using PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) or 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 as required and finishing the surfaces to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone wall / brick wall or ceiling etc including racking out of joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plaster rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces with two coats i.e. (10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:4) and mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement (WPC to be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral liquid waterproofing compound of approved make (ISI marked) all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of exterior emulsion weather proof paint including priming coat of exterior primer applied over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/ concrete block stone/ concrete including WPC as per manufacturer instructions surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plaster rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface as on ceilling finished even and smooth with thin layer of sagol complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings including cornices, etc and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame (wooden/steel) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each with shutter (with out taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube and edges will be painted to match with printed sheet fixed in opening as per specification & drawings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, with particle board core 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles),with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm Plain colour PVC Sheet on back face including necessary fittings etc complete as specified and directed.

M&L Granite 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps,Jambs, Pillars, Windows, cills, platforms and like in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with marble shade of Granite over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) The Unit rate quoted is included for demolition of old Stone Slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar. (ii) Cost of rounding of stone deem to be included in unit quoted rate.

Treatment of the sunken floor slab comprises of the following specification and all as specified and directed. Make :- Dr Fixit/ M/s Sika india Pvt Ltd/ STP Ltd/ M/s Fosroc Chemicals

(a) Demolition of cement concrete filling of any description in sunken portion in toilet and removing debris outside MD land.

(b) Cleaning the sunken/ lowered portion of RCC slab surfaces (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

(c) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 10mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/ seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

(d) All junctions points of side wall spout where CI/ GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty.

(e) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.

(f) Material and labour for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufactures instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+300mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed (This item shall be measured and paid separately)

(g) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. (WPC shall be measured & paid separately).

(h) Material and labour for PCC 1:5:10 type E2, n exc 150mm thick complete all as specified

(j) Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm tnick complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 60 to 69 :- Test the water proof area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage, seepage to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of Engineer-in-Charge. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator of chemicals. Cost of testing is included in the unit quoted rate above and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Supply and fix 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe single socket in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to wall or laid in trenches including taking down old u/s drain pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall, brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, moulds mass, efflorescent , trading, oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface, Complete removal of existing treatment of wall brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, moulds mass, efflorescent , trading, oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of old walls and washing, rubbing down, applying two coat smartcare damp block 2K or equivalent @ 15sqft/kg to arrest the dampness of wall/ceiling and finish the surface with water proofing putty of 1mm thick even smooth and two coats of oil bond distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The unit quoted rate shall be inclusive of material,any helght of bldg of any size and all labours, tools and plants including scaffolding required for working upto approx 25 mtr height from natural ground level and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts, ropes, helmets, netting etc. which are required for safety of working labour at height exceeding 3 to 25 mtr height shall be mandatary and deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Note :- An amount of Rs 12,750.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
