Taking down carefully point wiring of any type, size and description (light, fan, socket outlet etc.) including removal of battens, pipes, sockets, switches, ceiling roses, light fittings etc, complete and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing, all as specified and as directed.

M & L for concealed point wiring complete with FRLS PVC insulated /unsheathed stranded copper conductor of wire 1.5 Sqmm , 1100 volt grade , alongwith one single core of same size stranded copper as continuous earth wire to common earth dolly in and including PVC conduit pipe fitting medium grade of 20 mm dia fixed in concealed surface of wall/ceilling/false ceilling including cutting /chasing in wall as required with powder coated sheet metal terminal boxes of required sizes and thickness (factory made) sunk in wall only with 3.0mm thick laminated sheet where as required and accessories complete suitable for the following :-

One light/fan point controlled by one one way switch

One socket outlet 05 Amps on the same board

One socket outlet 05 Amps on independent board

M&L for concealed sub main wiring of two run with 04 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, FRLS, flexible multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, drawn through and including PVC conduit pipe 25 mm dia medium grade and accessories of suitable size and fixed on concealed surface of wall/ceiling with cutting chases for conduit including one run of 4.0 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, FRLS , flexible multi stranded copper cable as earth continuity conductor in green color all as specified and as directed.Note- (a) Two runs of single core cable with one run of earth continuity cable including PVC conduit and its accessories will be measured and paid as one unit.(b) Make disturbed surface good to wall/floors complete all as specified and specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan / exhaust fan / wall mountd fan any sweep from sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store and reassembling and refixing the fan after repairing/servicing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for opening ceiling fan any type & any sweep, cutting the burnt winding, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire as per existing size and gauge with and including provision of insulating material varnishing with good quality varnish including replacement of all unserviceable parts such as safety pin, fan clamp with rubber bush,bearings and twin core flexible copper wire etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for opening Wall fan any type, any make and of any sweep, cutting the burnt winding, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire as per existing size and gauge after providing all required insulating material varnishing with good quality varnish including replacement of all unserviceable minor parts such as safety pin, bearings, rotary switch with thread complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for opening of 400/450 mm sweep exhaust fan any type and any make cutting the burnt winding, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire as per existing size and gauge after providing all required insulating material varnishing with good quality varnish including replacement of all unserviceable minor parts such as safety pin, bearing, bush and capacitors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for opening of 300 mm sweep exhaust fan any type and any make cutting the burnt winding, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire as per existing size and gauge after providing all required insulating material varnishing with good quality varnish including replacement of all unserviceable minor parts such as safety pin, bearing, bush and capacitors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable BLDC ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep from sealing hook and replacement of unserviceable parts and refixing the fan after completion of necessary repair work and testigns complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of BLDC ceiling fan 1200 mm fan stator with new stator as per sample complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable PCB of BLDC ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 1.5 volts alkaline battery for BLDC fan remote complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes:-(a) The amount of Rs 138275/- against Schedule of Credit shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance. (b) Any disturbed surface during execution of work shall be made good as existing. Nothing extra shall be paid in this respect. The quoted rate are deemed to be included the same cost.
