Camouflage Painting Taking down cement plaster on brick wall surfaces including reeking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing the rubbish out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior weather coats over a coat of exterior primer for camouflage design including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying one coat of exterior weather coat for camouflage design incl necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls and preparation of surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior weather coats over a coat of exterior primer for camouflage design including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Anti Termite Treatment M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole,300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for voids in masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to Isolation Transformers and Voltage Stabilizers Material and Labour for online dehydration, filtration and cleaning of transformer oil, isolation transformer/ Servo voltage stabilizer etc at different locations by suitable dehydration plant testing of oil sample before and after dehydration for each transformer/equipment and results of transformer insulation oil minimum upto 11 KV with 2.5mm gap, recorded jointly by contractor and Engineer-in-Charge complete including all necessary tools, plants, transportation etc all as specified/directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Oil for toping up/fresh fill shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) Certificate for oil testing result before and after filtration shell be submitted to Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for toping up oil level with and including new insulating oil confirming to IS-335 including all necessary tools, plants, transportation etc all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Certificate from manufacturer for oil testing result shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge immediately after topping up.

Material and labour for preparation of surfaces for steel poles of any size painting by scrapping damaged paint and painting with two coats of silver aluminium paint and writing pole No with black paint on yellow circuit of the bottom of pole to be painted with yellow and black paint as per the existing all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 12 above, but 2 pole structure complete to all structural steel items.

All as per item No 12 above, but 4 pole structure complete to all structural steel items.

Material and labour for preparation of surfaces of Isolation transformer/Servo Stabilizers of any type or capacity, painting by scrapping damaged paint and painting with two coats of suitable paint as per existing one and writing MES/MS No. with white paint on black circuit all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for dismantling isolation transformer/ Servo voltage stabilizer for repairs of any make of single phase upto capacity of 5 KVA, including transportation to workshop by removing coils, laminations, tank cleaning, reassembling of core and winding, with old serviceable parts and rewinded coils and other new parts in replacement of damaged parts, including brazing, soldering sleeveing and insulating etc as required and oven drying of core assembly all as per site requirement and directed. Note:- (i) Replacement of unserviceable nuts/bolts/washer to be done within the quoted rate. (ii) Other spares as required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

All as per item No 16 above, but three phase 5 to 20 KVA.

All as per item No 16 above, but three phase 25 to 75 KVA.

All as per item No. 7 above but three phase 100 to 200 KVA.

All as per item No 16 above, but three phase but above 200KVA to 630 KVA.

Supplying only Under voltage, over voltage and surge protection display (display only) kit at out put section complete suitable for isolation transformer/ Servo voltage stabilizer of any make and capacity upto 20 KVA. Make : Siemens/ L&T or other equivalent & approved make.

All as per item No 21 above, but capacity above from 20 KVA and upto 200 KVA.

Dismantling only Under voltage, over voltage and surge protection kit complete of VCT D2 din rail mounting variant with digital display, auto/manual reset (timing and monitoring relay) complete protection kit suitable for isolation transformer/ Servo voltage stabilizer of any make and upto 20 KVA capacity.

All as per item No 23 above, but from 25KVA to 50 KVA.

All as per item No 23 above, but from 200KVA / 315 KVA.

Dismantling and re-fixing after minor repairing and maintenance of Servo control board and performing suitable repairing and servicing at site, testing the same after required servicing complete for single phase Servo Stabilizers all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 26 above, but for three phase servo stabilizers.

S&F in repair of Servo control card suitable for Servo voltage stabilizer of any make and single phase all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs sevo motor starting torque of 3KG/Cm complete with necessary fixing arrangements all as specified and directed . Make - L&T/Siemens/HPL.

S&F in repair of Limit switch suitable for isolation transformer/Servo voltage stabilizer of any make and capacity all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of Carbon brush suitable for Servo voltage stabilizer of any make and capacity all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of manual change over switch , single phase MCB change over type suitable for Servo Stabilizer and Isolation Transformer upto 10 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make : Indo Asian /Semenes/L&T/Havells.

All as per item No 35 above, but Auto change over. Make: Indo Asian /Semenes/L&T/Havells.

S&F in repair of Manual change over switch, three phase MCB change over type suitable for Servo Stabilizer and Isolation Transformer of upto 10KVA to 50KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make : Indo Asian /Semenes/L&T/Havells.

All as per item No 37 above, but from 75KVA to 100 KVA capacity.

S&F in repairs Isolation Transformer over load control card with out cut off relay suitable for any three phase isolation transformer all as per specified and directed.

S&F in repair of DT Switch suitable for isolation transformer of any make and capacity as per site requirement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of DT Switch suitable for Servo voltage stabilizer of any make and capacity as per site requirement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement new copper coil of short circuit /over heated winding Isolation transformer and servo voltage stabilizer of any make and upto 10 KVA capacity with matching gauge and turns of super enamelled copper winding wire complete with leathered paper, glass sleeves, varnishing, baking etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The retrived copper winding wire shall be returned to MES store and obtain necessary RV to that effect.

All as per item No 43 above, but capacity above 10 KVA and upto 630 KVA

S&F in repairs Digital type Voltmeter 0-500 volt, complete with necessary fixing all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make - L&T /HPL/Semens/Legrand.

S&F in repairs ammeter 0-250 amps, Digital type, with CT operated complete with necessary fixing all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make - L&T/HPL /Semens/Legrand.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum.
