Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. Above 8.0 metre and upto 11.00 metre

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required . {For Pole Cupping 0.5m x 0.5m x 1m x 49 nos = 12.25 cu.m

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : 13.61.1 Two or more cotes on new works . For 11 Mtrs height pole : 6.24 sq.M x 57 nos = 355.68 sq.m. From Dera Chowk to Kalimandir Chowk

Supplying of 3 x 16 +1 x 16 + 1 x 25 Sqmm. Aerial Bunched (AB) Cable As required. (Materials will be supplied by Dept.)

Erection of 3 x 16 +1 x 16 + 1 x 25 Sqmm Aerial Bunched (AB) Cable as required.

Supplying and erection of Suspension clamp , I Hook with pole clamp suitable for 4X16 Sqmm AB Cable on pole etc. complete as required .

Supplying and erection of Dead end clamp , I Hook with pole clamp suitable for 4X16 Sqmm AB Cable on pole etc. complete as required .

Supplying of 110 watt LED street light fitting complete as required. (Materials will be supplied by Dept.)

Fixing of 110 watt LED street light fitting complete as required.

Supplying and erection of out door type 2700-3000k Warm white Flexible LED strips with uniform light distribution and long lasting complete as required. (42 Poles / 2 )X 10 Mtr. = 285 Mtr.

Supplying and erection of out door type 8000-9500K Blue colour Flexible LED strips with uniform light distribution and long lasting complete as required. (42 Poles / 2 )X 10 Mtr. = 285 Mtr.

Supplying and fixing of suitable Outdoor LED strip driver IP 65 and controlling unit on the pole with a suitable box (PVC) complete set as required.

Supplying and fixing of weather proof loop in loop out box including heavy duty terminal block and kit-kat fuse set complete job as required.

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc as required.

Supplying, making, installation, testing and commissioning of street light control panel including all accessories like power contractor ML-4, timer, kit-kat fuse set and terminal block etc. complete set as required. In sheet steel enclouser.
