RAW WATER PUMPING MACHINERY & ELECTRICAL WORK

Supply, installation, testing and commisssioning of vertical turbine pumpsets with allied equipment as under (Please refer to Section 5,Sl. 2.4 of SBD)

Vertical Turbine Pump -: Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Vertical Turbine Pump conforming IS: 1710, [make: Kirloskar/ WPIL/ Mather & Platt], capable for required flow and head consisting of bowl assembly, bronze impellers, stainless steel pumpshaft and line shaft, column assemblies 60 ft of 1.5m length and with 9mm thick MS fabricated column assembly, with strainers, prelubrication tank, Non reverse ratchet coupling, pressure gauge, required size of sluice valve and non-return valve & all accessories .

Induction Motor -: Above mention pump shall be coupled with squirrel cage induction motor (IE3) conforming IS:325 and IS:12615 having 15% more BHP than that of pump, operating on 3 Phase, 415V, +- 10% 50Hz with 1500 rpm [make: Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves/ ABB/ Marathon]. Including cost of construction foundation, bolt nut, with all suction/delivery line work, common header & other piping works required for the job, etc. all complete job.

Discharge- 26.79 LPS and Head- 20 m (1W+1S)

Starter: Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of assembled Fully Automatic Star Delta starter, in a provided cubical panel to operate induction motor with no volt coil, over load relay and ON/OFF push buttons, with necessary material and connected to supply, etc. all complete.

Earthing: Earthing with copper earth plate including accessories and providing masanory enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 m long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt, including connection with suitable strip/wire as required conforming IS:3043.

Crane: Providing, erecting triple spur gear type Chain Pulley Block suitable for 3 Tonne capacity as below with 6 m lift complete with load chain and hand chain suitable for above lift, tested to 50% over load as per IS 3832 carrying ISI mark with travalling trolly.

Centrifugal Pump -: Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Horizontal Split Casing/Multistage Centrifugal Pump conforming IS: 5120, [make: Kirloskar/ WPIL/Mather & Platt/Jyoti], capable for required flow and head, including construction of MS Suction/delivery header, common header, providing required MS/CI pipes, flanges, reducer and specials, nuts bolts, packings, pressure gauge, standard fittings etc. required size of sluice valve and non-return valve, base plate & all accessories .
