Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone flooring including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agg 40 mm thick finihshed even and fair to receive tiling all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for coloured joint free non -skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm in floors etc set and jointed with neat cement slurry pointed with colour cement to match the floor, and including 15 mm thick screed bed cement mortar in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for preperation of old decorated plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over a coat of 3 mm thick wall care putty all as specified.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm each and re-fixing in same opening and making good the distrubed surfaces.

M/L for preparation of old treated wooden surface of any description not otherwise desceribed over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as directed.
