Supply & Installation Pre-painted, High Tensile 550 Mpa yield strength, Bare Galvalume Steel Sheet having maximum pitch of 250mm c/c & minimum 30mm crest depth in length as per site requirement. The galvalume sheet is to be manufactured out of 0.50mm (TCT) (Total Coated Thickness), with zinc-aluminium alloy of AZ-150. The GI based steel sheet shall have a hot dip metallic zinc-aluminium alloy coating of zinc (43.5%), aluminium (55%) & Silicon (1.5%). The profile is having return leg for proper side lap. The sheet shall be fixed using self Drilling/Self Tapping Screw with EPDM Seal Complete all as per manufacturers specifications.

Supply and fixing of false ceiling with powder coated exposed G.I. grid suspension system (E-Grid T-2430 or equivalent load carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200 mm c/c) consisting of Main Runner 3600 mm long, Cross Tee 1200mm/600mm long and Wall Angle. The Wall Angle shall be fixed on PVC Dash Fasteners on the perimeter of the wall by steel screws with distance 300 mm c/c. The Main Runners to be placed @ 1200mm, The Cross Tee 1200mm will be inserted in the pre-cut slots of Main Runner at a regular interval of 600 mm to form a modular grid of 1200mm x 600mm. Additional Cross Tees of 600 mm shall be placed perpendicular to the Cross Tee 1200 mm long to finally form a grid of 600mm x 600mm. Grid of module size 600mm x 600mm shall be supported by 4 mm dia G.I. wire from purlins/soffit. 6mm thick High Pressure Steam Cured Non Everest Asbestos Fibre Cement Designer Ceiling Board (Density>1200 Kg/m3, Modulus of Rupture(M.O.R)-15.85 MPa, Thermal Conductivity(K)-0.0872 W/mK) of size 595mm x 595mm, confirming IS 14862 & Type B Category III of ISO 8336:1993, (Reaction to fire-A2-s1-d0) tested as per EN13501 Part-I & BS-476 Part 4,5,6&7, should be placed in the Grid module to form a False Ceiling. All complete as per the drawing & directions of engineer-in-charge.

S&F cold rolled mild steel sections such as joist, channel, angle, flat iron or Tee sections, fixed independently with connecting plates, etc confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde 250 quality A) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Old cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor & paving not exceeding 15 cm thick below or above ground level and removing materials from site of works as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. .

M&L 3mm thick Atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6kg/sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm) laid over a coat of bitumen primer @0.40L/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/L at 25° C temperature and viscosity 70 to 160 CPS, The membrane shall be laid with 100mm side overlap and 150mm end overlap, fixed using butane torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface as per standard practice and as per manufacturer instructions and finished with applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @100gm/sqm on top of membrane, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for first layer of slurry of cement at the rate of 0.488 kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitous composite compound at the rate of 0.253 kg/Sqm this layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours , second layer of slurry of cement at the rate of 0.242 kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound at the rate of 0.126 kg/Sqm this layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours including 200 micron thick polythene film pasted with the help of adhesive shall be provided over above treatment , Note - The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and seling of all joint, corners, junction of pipes and masonary within polymer mixed slurry, This treatment shall be provided after provision of cement plaster mixied with WP compound and synthetic fibers while concerte is still green complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge : Make STP /Dr fixit sunken treatment / pedilite eqavalent . Note : Payment will be done fo plane area only.

Taking down old cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removing debris from site of work complete all as Specified.

It should have solid content - 66% (by weight), VOC<10 gm/I complies to Green building standards and should meet the properties of Adhesion Strength old GI sheet sloped roofing > 1.5N/sqmm as per EN E1542, tensile strength 1.5 MPa as per ASTM D 41, crack bridging properties 3.2mm as per ASTM C-836, water absorption (%by mass) < 10% as per ASTM D570, solar reflectance index not less than 100(5%) (low wind to high wind condition), elongation at break (%) 200% as per ASTM D 412, algae & fungal resistance as per ASTM D- 5590, should have a hardness 45 after 1 month and should pass accelerated weathering, 500 hours without any cracking & 100% gloss retention as per ASTM D 4587. 2. Fully reinforced with glass fiber reinforced sika fab 1. 3. The roofing system should be compatible with bitumen system. 4. Side termination bar of 2mm thick aluminium valley strip with one side bending for membrane termination to be used with SBF fasteners. 5. Providing and applying primer over the prepared surface with sika cool coat primer @ coverage: 0.1-0.12 kg/sqm. first coat: sika cool coat consumption @ 0.5 kg/sqm. Reinforcement : sika Fab 1. second coat: sika cool coat consumption @ 0.5kg/sqm. Third coat: sika Cool cat, consumption@ 0.5kg/sqm and Top coat: sika cool coat primer, consumption @0.05-.08kg/sqm. Work shall be carriedout by authorized applicators of manufacturers, all as per specification & as per fanufacturers instructions.Note : - Contractor may use equivalent chemicals of equivalent makes from latest approved list of E-in-C’s Branch as approved by GE.
