Construction of Shade Pan Mandi at Magariyapura Ward Mahoba (Lot-01)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 meter (5ft) and lead upto 30m (100ft) and including filling,watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as direction by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30m(100ft) from the foundation trenches.

Cement concrete with 4cm (1/2'') gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. cement in the proportion 8:4:1 including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar fine foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T& P comp. etc. Required for proper completion of the work. In superstructure walls of one brick thick (S.I. no 305+309)

12 mm thick plaster with cement work 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not less than 3/8" (10mm) thick including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Sl. No. 579)

Supply and fixing Galvanized corrugated iron roofing 24 B.W.C. in position including supply of materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work and including wastage.

Supplying and fixing 22 B.W.G. ridges valleys and gutters for iron roofing fixed with Jor U 10mm (3/8") dia with G.I. Limpet and bitumen washers complete including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including wastage.

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates doors frames records racks roof work, gates etc. wrought to required form including drilling holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also including supply of steel, bolts nut wasrage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work in new item.

Painting or venshing new iron work in small areas or new wood with one coat ( up to one sq. meter) of raedy mixed priming paint and three coat of approved superior quilty ready misxed paint or varnish including supply of all materials,labuor and tools plant etc.requred for proper completion of the work.paint to be used should confirm the ISI no-103-1950.

Cement concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand, cement in the proportion 3:1½:1 including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4’’) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1½:3 in lintels of door and windows, excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.I. wire and including necessary cantering and suttering etc and also including supply of all materials, labour and tool and plnats etc.required for proper completion of the work binding wire to be supplied by the contactor free of coast.
