Plain cement concrete Using 1:4:8 mix ( One cement , four Crushed Stone Sand and Eight aggregates) using 40 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying,consolidating and curing etc complete as per the standard specifications. TNDSS NO: 28 V, VI (S2) V,VI (S5A) VII

Random rubble masonry in c.m 1:5 (one cement five Crushed Stone Sand) using best new rough and bond stones including simultaneous pointing above ground level with the same mortor and cost of all materials and labour charges etc,complete as per SS..[MoRTH Specfication :Clause 1000/1400

Refilling the excavated earth in layers of not more than 15 cms thick well rammed, watered, compacted including cost all labour charges etc., complete with standard specification TNBP 24 & 25

Supply, collection and filling of well Gravel from approved quarry including all cost and conveyance to site, stacking them on road side to departmental gauge for the take premeasurement. Each layer not more than 15cm thick and consolidation properly etc complete. TNDSS No : 301 & 305

Supplying and erecting shuttering including necessary supports plain surfaces in foundation and basement in all floors for reinforcement cement concrete works such as Pedestral bed blocks, staircases, RCC grade beams plinth beam etc. using mild steel sheets of size 90x90 cm and BG 10 guage stiffend with welded mild steel angle of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak country wood joints of size 10x6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm center to center and supported with casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm center to center at suitable intervals etc. complete complying with standard specification TNBP 30 & 44.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using (One cement and five Crushed Stone Sand) using best quality of III class Country bricks of size (8 3/4"x4 1/4"x 2 3/4") for foundation including curing cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification TNDSS specification No.31 & 31C- 10m3

Supply and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports upto 3.29 m height for plain surface as RCC slabs, rectangular beams 'T' or 'L' beams, lintel, staircase beam etc. in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel angels of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak country wood joists center to center and supported with casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm c/c etc. complete complying with standard specification in all floors. TNBP 30&44H

Supply and fabricating and placing in position of steel Reinforcement using Mild steel of Ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works as per the design given by the department officers including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for cutting bending and tying and placing in position etc., complete as per SS

Reinforced cement concrete 1:11/2:3 (one cement one and half Crushed Stone Sand and three aggregate) using 20mm size I.S.S. metal including cost conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges etc., mixing laying consolidating curring etc., but excluding cost of steel etc., complete as per standard specification as per TNDSS NO: 30 V,VI (S3) VII-3

Supplying and Fixing of mild steel grills for windows, ventilators, etc., including priming coat design approved by the departmental officers including cutting, welding and cost of conveyance and all materials to work site.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three Crushed Stone Sand) using 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc, complete as per standard specification. [MoRTH Specification: Clause:1000/1300]

Plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement Four Crushed Stone Sand) using 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc, complete as per standard specification. [MoRTH Specification: Clause:1000/1300]

Painting two coats with approved cement paint over a priming coat of cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface and including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete.including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. TNBP No:65-A(S.I. No: 359 B)

Painting with two coats of Approved colour of best quality synthetic enamel paint, painting over New iron work including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers TNBP No:66&66-A
