Consultancy services for designing and detailed engineering for Proposed Building including internal services site clearance and site development, water supply, internal electrification, etc as per Appendix 'D' Scope & Period of Completion and Scope of Consultancy Para No. 1(a) to (w) and 4(a) to (ah) of tender enquiry.

Consultancy services for designing and detailed engineering for to Special item of Work like HVAC system, power wiring, Water cooler, FLP EOT Cranes as per Appendix 'D' Scope & Period of Completion and Scope of Consultancy Para No. 2(a) to (g) & 4(a) to (ah) of tender enquiry.

Consultancy services for designing and detailed engineering for External Services of Civil and E/M Work like i.e Area development & area drainage Roads/Hard standing ,Security wall, External Power Supply,, External Lighting/Security Lighting, External Water Supply, Sewage Disposal, External Fire Fighting Works Arboriculture etc. all as per Appendix 'D' Scope & Period of Completion and Scope of Consultancy Para No. 3(a) to (k) & 4(a) to (ah) of tender enquiry.
