Day to day maintenance including breakdown of AHUs, cooling tower & associated valves, strainers, fresh air units, centrifugal blowers, motors etc. as detailed in Clause No. 1.0. of Technical specification. Minimum 10 nos. of manpower shall be deputed by contractor at CFB, H-09, H-10 & H-11 on daily basis during general working days.

Removing & refixing of false ceiling tiles and replacing damaged false ceiling tiles for erection of ducting, damper etc., if any, during erection shall be in the scope of this item.
