M&L for Disconnecting, dismantling of solar water heating system incl all water and electric connection of capcity 500 ltrs per day and refixing the same in existing position after the following repairs and testing complete:- (a) Replacement of the worn out/missing nuts bolts , washers, unions,sockets flanges and screw etc complete. (b) Descaling/desludging the hot water pipes and normal water by using appropriate chemicals/Anti corrosive/Anti scaling agent solution, cleaning and washing all copper tube & water circulated pipes of heat convetor sets throughly cleaning the complete solor pannel of making the tube scale free and reassemling the pannel. (c) Cleaning hot and cold water tanks, removing sludge and scale from the tank manually using suitable chemicals complete. (d) Repair of collector fins incl required welding works etc complete. (e) Testing on completion after Repair work and making the Solar Water Heater functional in each aspects. Note:- The Spare parts such as Solar energy collector panel, toughned glass, rubber gasket, hose pipe, insulation for hot water pipe, heating element, thermostat, Water Storage tank, gate valve/float valve, MS Clamp shall be measured & paid seperately under respective items.

All as per item No. 1 here in before but of capacity 300 ltrs per day complete all as directed by Engineer -in -charge

Supply and installation in relacement of complete one solar energy collector panel (FPC) made of aluminium body with toughened glass complete with copper fins incl all accessories capable to heat 100 Litre water per day suitable to be fitted for 500 LPD, 300 LPD & 100 LPD Solar water heating system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -charge. Make:-Tata BP Solar/Sun Stellar/Inter Solar/RES or Equivalent. Note: 1 Solar FPC collector can heat 100LPD water.

Supplying and fix in replacement of Solar panel toughened glass (1m×2m) or equivalent size as of existing having thickness 4 mm all as existing model of Solar panel system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -cnarge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Rubber gaskets made out of fine rubber for Solar pannel complete to make system air tight dust and water leak proof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -cnarge.

S& F hose pipe 1" (25 mm) inner dia for hot/cold water for solar system of suitable length as existing size complete with 02 Nos clamps of required size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Lagging to pipes used for Hot water supply or plumbing all around with 25mm min thick bonded material wool preformed, snap on pipe section of density of 144 Kg/cum conferming to IS 9842 for 15 mm dia pipe

Supply and Fixing Evacuated Tubes Box of 58×1800 MM or equivalent size as of existing

Supply and Fixing Evacuated Tubes Box of 58×2100 MM or equivalent size as of existing

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggrigate for foundations fillings and mass concrete for install of solar collector & support of hot water tank/hot water pipes all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M&L for staging of solar system, cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps,and back plates,Iron Sheet base of existing PVC Cold water Tank fabricated from mild steel sections & placing of collector panels on solar panel frame /supporting hot water pipes on hot water tank frame including nuts ,bolts ,washers,welding,bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed add inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide, one finishing coat of synthetic enemel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M&L in replacement Sub main wiring with 4 Sqmm (Nominal area) with two runs (Red for phase and Black for neutral) of single core, PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cables 1100 V grade drawn through Existing PVC conduits/casing-caping fixed to wall/ceiling etc including 4 sqmm (nominal area) single core, PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, copper conductor green in colour as earth wire and duly connected to earth point complete as specified and directed.

S&F as in repairs heating element for solar water heater of wattage 3.0 KW operating on 240 v AC complete all asspecified and directed by Engineer -in-charge .

S&F as in repairs heating element for solar water heater of wattage 2.0 KW operating on 240 v AC complete all asspecified and directed by Engineer -in-charge .

S&F as in repairs thermostat for solar water heater of wattage 3.0 KW operating on 240 v AC complete all asspecified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

S&F as in repairs thermostat for solar water heater of wattage 2.0 KW operating on 240 v AC complete all asspecified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

S&F Rotational moulded polythylene water storage Tank of capacity 500 Ltrs HDPE/LDPE tank Cylinderical vertical with closed top hoisted and fixed in position including taking down water tanks all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ball brass valves high pressure with polythene float and fitnut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed of size 20 mm dia as fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 20 mm dia as fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair MCB, Single pole 240 V,40 Amps 10 KA 'B Series complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair MCB SPN, 40A - 63Amps, 240 volts, "C" series, 10KA duly ISI marked, in MCB DB, complete with connection testing and commissioning all as specified

Supply & Fix in repair sheet metal enclouser SPN DB's 2 way Single door factory made powder coated out of CRCA mild steel sheet 1.2 mm thick wih metallic painting white series, 240 volts , 2 way dust and vermin proof ssuitable for incorporation of MCBs duly concealed in wall and making good to distrubed surface and colour matching complete all as specified

S & F in repair/Replacement of MS clamp for existing size of hose pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S & F in Replacement of pannel flange Rubber gasket Fine Rubber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S & F 20 MM bore medium grade steel tubes galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls & celling or laid infloor as fixed in repairs all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S & F 15 MM bore medium grade steel tubes galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls & celling or laid infloor as fixed in repairs all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Painting of Solar Staging System, solar panel Frame, hot water tank frame (one coat) one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.
