SITC of LT Panels:-Supply and installation of L.T. cubical type fully compartmentalized distribution panel board, having rigid and self supporting structure fabricated with 14 SWG CRCA sheet with M.S. angle iron frame (main frame with 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle and each vertical compartment with 40 x 40x6 mm MS angle iron). The base of panel should be made with 75mm x 40mm x 4.4 mm M.S. channel. [Manufacturer/Fabricator having Test Certificates from CPRI]. An Auto Cad Drawing of the panel has to approved by EIC before making of panel.

Construction Details ::-All incoming & outgoing switches are to be housed in respective compartments hinged and gasket doors at the front. All doors should have panel locking arrangement in such a fashion that it can not be on unless the feeder remains in off position. The rear panel should gasketed wire net guard for ventilation arrangement will be made of easy accessibility to each compartment by providing rear panel doors with locking system . The panel is to be properly gasketed to prevent the dust & vermin. All vertical bus bar chambers is to properly arrange and all electrical equipments are to be fixed by nuts and bolts on suitable Hylam board / porcelain insulators of adequate size and dimension. The outgoing feeder connection from respective switches are to be made at rear side of panel by means of busbar, copper multi core cables, to be terminated on bolted type terminals for cable connection or on bush insulators for bus bar connection. Each compartment will be providing with DMC/FRP board at back side. Incoming Arrangement : a) 415 Volts, 125 A, TPN SFU with proper HRC fuse (open execution type) (Make: L&T / Legrand / Schenider/ABB/Siemens)- 1 No. b) 415 Volts, 125 A, FP on load front operated TPN changeover switch (open execution type) (Make: L&T/Legrand/ Schenider/ABB/Siemens)- 1 No.

Bus bar section : 415 V, 200 Amp capacity 99.9% – 99.5% electrolytic tinned 4 bar copper bus bar mounted on non-hygroscopic porcelain insulator / hylam sheet having sufficient di-electric strength duly wrapped with colour PVC tapes (Red, yellow, blue & black) for phases & neutral identification- 1 set. The busbar is to be rigidly supported on suitable non-hygroscopic insulating materials of robust ration to with stand electromechanical stress in the event of earth fault. All connection to bus to made by suitable nuts & bolts. The busbar is too wrapped with coloured PVC (Red. Yellow, Blue & Black) for colour identifications. Outgoing Arrangement : a) 415V, 100 Amps TPN SFU units with HRC fuses (Make:- L&T/SIEMENS/ABB/ SCHNEIDER) in open execution.---- 4 No. b) 415V, 63 Amps TPN SFU units with HRC fuses (Make:- L&T/SIEMENS/ABB/ SCHNEIDER) in open execution.---- 2 No. c) 415V, 32 Amps TPN SFU units with HRC fuses (Make:- L&T/SIEMENS/ABB/ SCHNEIDER) in open execution.---- 2 No. d) E.I. Compound Light or Security Light:-Supply of 9 m height dip galvanized octagonal pole made of HT steel of grade S355 of BSEN 10025 with 155mm bottom A/F & 70 mm top A/F made up of 3mm thick G.I. sheet alongwith base plate of size 250 x 250 x 16 mm thick with inbuilt Sleek terminal box with required sizes studs for 4 core 16 sq mm A Al cable termination as required and 10A porceline fuse for each out going with proper pad locking arrangement (2 nos.) Make: Bajaj / TLL/ Valmont /Transrail/Utkarsh).

Erection of Single octagonal pole of length 9 mt with 4 nos. 24mm dia750 mm length "J" type Bolt projected 125 mm & Nut etc. in RCC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 750x750x150 mm thick PCC (4:2:1) base block with black stone including mm depth 1650x500mm dia cylindrical type RCC (M20 grade muffing with 4 nos. 12mm dia tor rod and 8mm dia tor rod for caging with 190 mm centre to centre spacing) and 200mm above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and for alkathene/polythene pipe entry, for street light wiring, without Loop Box with GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on base plate & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly.

SITC of LED SIGN BOARD:-

SITC of Glowsign Board ( Router cutting) with liquid Acrlyic letters with adhesive on ACP Board of 3 mm Thick (Make – Aludecor/Alstone/Samsung / Cray / Nichia/Panasonic) of suitable size to accommodate all the matters / contains as approved by the authority to be made with 25 x 25 x 4 mm M.S angle Iron, 18 S.W. G square /Round Hollow bar, Base plate (10 mm Thickness) requires for fixing the necessary Nuts, Bolts, Washers, supporting angle Iron, Clamp etc. and ACP Sheet on Front sides & edges only & back side to be covered by GI Sheet (with proper ventilation arrangement), All side to be moulded uniformly, Side fabricated by Aluminium ‘L’Channel, upon which elevated or box type letter made from imported liquid acrylic will be fixed. The Thickness of Acrylic will be 5 mm (for small letters), 8 mm (for Big letters) and 10 mm (for very big letters). The Back Side of the letters is covered by 3 mm thick ACP (Make – Aludecor / Alstone). The inside of the letter of the letter Supplying and Fixing of best Quality LED Lighting arrangement of fully water proof 10 nos. LED light fittings of 20 watt (100 lumen / watt). The letters are sealed by exterior grade Silicon. The back side of the Board Covered by 22 S.W.G G.I sheet with Nuts & Bolts. (1 no Signage- 96 Sq Ft/ 12 Ft x 8 Ft each)NOTE- 1. Inscription of the board i.e matter will be supplied at the time of layout. Agency must verify the matter in demo form from the EIC before finalize in the same and also place for approval by the EIC. 2. Measurement of the acrylic lettering will be made as per actual layout and it will be considered in running inches i.e. height of letter multiplied by no of letter 3. Measurement as mentioned above may be increase or decreased as per actual layout. 4. Quality and grade of the letter should be strictly follow as per specification.

Intensity: Same & smooth uniform throughout without any dark patch.

Visibility: Up to 250 meters for normal eyes.

The complete sign board would be fixed on roof of the building with providing necessary CC muffing, 1 no CI water proof 200 x 150 x 100 mm loop Box, 50 x 50 x 6 mm MS angel for supporting the board of required length by nuts, bolts, washers etc. After drilling holes on the frame front facia. GSB would have 2 nos. hinge type doors in back side to have the inside access including mending goods the damages to original finish.

Painting of any steel / iron surface of the above Glow sign board with no. of coats of paints as given below with ready mixed paint / primer of approved make and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper / emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint.

1st coat of aluminium paint over one coat of RO priming.

2nd coat of aluminium paint over one coat of RO priming.
