Preparation of detailed design of (1) Over Head tank (2) Under Ground Sump (3) C/o Medical room including design of RCC footings, RCC Coolum’s, RCC beams, RCC walls for Under Ground Sump and Over Head Tank/Medical Room, as per the Relevant BIS Codes and Sound engineering practices. The scope of the work includes carrying out necessity of geotechnical investigation. The design shall be got vetted from Govt. Engineer college/NIT/IIT. The design consultant shall make at least three visits to the site at critical stages such as during c/o foundations, slab and wall of the RCC Over Head Tank. Three sets of hard copies i/c soft copy. The rate shall be inclusive of Soil testing, design, consultancy charges for vetting, transportation of men/machinery, visiting charges of the consultant etc., nothing extra shall be payable on any account.
