Construction of 1 no New RCC OHSR at water supply Scheme in New grain Market Budhlada MC Budhlada District Mansa (WORK CODE BTI-25-0 88 )

Construction of 1 Nos. New RCC OHSR 200 KL capacity having height of 27.50 MTR upto FSL from formation level complete with external RCC stair case with landing slabs at each staging RCC roof, ventilator single main hole cover lightening conductor etc. complete as described in schedule No.3. Providing and fixing DI K-9 D/F expansion joints conforming to (IS-9523 with latest amendments) or latest bell mouth and D/F puddle collars as per PWD design. Duck foot bends, Conforming (IS-9523 with latest amendments)and DI K-9 D/F sluice Valve duly ISI marked (IS 14846-2000 or latest) one each with inlet, outlet and scour pipes, including providing and installing inlet, outlet scour pipe and overflow DI K 9 double flanged pressure pipes centrifugally cast as per IS 8329 with latest amendments duly ISI marked from bottom dome to duck foot bend and further up to 2.75 mtr as per detail specification. TMT steel & painting of all complete shall be included in cost & P/F aluminium ladder inside, steel ladder outside tank of the OHSR including testing of soil bearing capacity tested from the reputed institute such as PEC Chandigarh Sector-26, Chandigarh/GNEC, Ludhiana/Thapar Instituted of Engineer and Technology Patiala Complete in all respect. SBC Shall be tested in the presence of Engineer or his representative as per specifications. (The specifications & drawing are based on safe bearing capacity of soil is not less than 8.75 tone per Sqm. In case the safe bearing capacity of soil is less than 8.75 tone per Sqm, The contractor shall submit his own design for foundation portion based on actual safe bearing capacity as per PWD specifications. The difference in quantities from the standard drawing based on 8.75 tone per sqm safe bearing capacity will be paid as per CSR+ Prevailing Ceiling Premium including overflow haudi, including providing & fixing Water Level indicating system and Construction of plinth protection around the OHSR including foundation depth, earth filling, CC 1:8:16 with 40mm stone aggregate & conglomerate floor 40mm with CC 1:2:4 as per PWD specifications.
