Dismantling the existing unserviceable earthing of any type and Material and labour for renewal of same complete with GI earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick electrode buried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metres below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4.0 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part-I and incl 15 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe (upto 7.5 metres beyond outer edge of earth pit) PCC M-10 grade (Nominal Mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate in pit with 40mm thick RCC cover in reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm dia bar both way @ 150mm c/c, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, common salt and chaarcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable earthing of any type and Material and labour for Chemical eathing with GI pipe electrode 3.0m long having outer pipe dia 80mm & inner pipe dia 50mm duly filled with highly conductive and anti corrosive compound of require quantity having chemical composition bentonite 40%, Copper sulphate 20%, Gypsom 5%, Graphite 10%, Alum 5%, Zinc sulphate 10%, Aluminium sulphate 10% burried in ground by digging a bore of 150mm dia surrounded by soil friendly backfill compound non soluble in water including connection with galvanised earth strip 32 x 6 mm, making PCC M-10 grade (Nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate in pit of size 0.3m x 0.3m x 0.3m (inner size) with, 40mm thick RCC cover reinforced with 8mm dia bars @150mm c/c both ways with lifting hook made out of 8mm dia bar and testing on completion to achieve value not more than 1.0 ohm including writing earth value on earth pit cover complete.

Taking down worn out/unserviceable galvanised iron strip of any size and replacing the same with galvanised iron strip of size 32x3 mm complete.

Taking down worn out/unserviceable galvanised iron wire of any size and replacing the same with galvanised wire of size 4 mm dia complete.

Taking down worn out/unserviceable earthing strip of any size and replacing the same with copper strip of size 20x3 mm complete.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable earthing pit of any type & size and material & labour for constructing new PCC M-10 grade (Nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate in pit of size 0.3m x 0.3m x 0.3m (inner size) with, 40mm thick RCC cover reinforced with 8mm dia bars @150mm c/c both ways with lifting hook made out of 8mm dia bar and testing on completion.

Material and labour for excavation and earth work for taking out from ground existing unserviceable earthing plate and other accessories and renewal of earthing at same location by burrying existing GI earthing plate with alternate layers of fresh common salt and charcoal directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level connected to existing earth lead by means of new bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel incl 15 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe (upto 7.5 metres beyond outer edge of earth pit) and making new PCC pit in PCC M-10 grade (Nominal Mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate in pit with 40mm thick RCC cover in reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm dia bar both way @ 150mm c/c, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, common salt and chaarcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete to achieve value less than 05 Ohms all as directed.

Supply & fixing Air Termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long including taking down old Air Termination rod complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing Aluminium strip of size 25x3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground including taking down old aluminium strip of any size complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw including taking down old unserviceable complete all as directed.
