Description of items and specification of work to be excuted.

Making the area workable by clearing weeds including removal of vegetation, grass, shrubs, bushes and disposal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc. complete.

Shifting heavy Architectural fragments and sculptures and other Architectural members which are scattered and making a heap in the complex for making the working space and then after work is done again arranging them for displaying them in proper manner very carefully to avoid any damage etc complete in all respect as per directions provided by engineer-in-charge. (Note: Minimum Size of Stone to be taken under this item should not be less than 0.03cum)

Exposing the buried structure by way of carefully digging/clearance of debris to avoid any damage to the underneath/adjoining structure including sorting out of serviceable material/structure stone member and disposal of debris (after making stacks for measurement) within a lead of 100mtr etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Levelling & dressing the undulated area by cutting/digging the surplus earth & Spreading the low laying area by compacting the water & disposal Surplus earth/ boulder out side the shed area lead up to 100 mtr by head load etc complete.

Taking out existing bulged/damaged/broken R.R. Stone Masonry / Lakhori Brick Masonry / Ashlar Masonry very very carefully without damaging the adjoinging structure including sorting out and stacking the serviceable stone at a suittable place for reuse and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 50mtr etc complete.

Lakhori Brick Masonry as per matching the original brick with lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 surkhi : 1 c.sand (with less than 8% clay content)) mortar to be prepared in garath and mixed with traditional adhesive material like gud, belgiri, gond etc for top water tightening and restoration of old structure including 50% available stone etc complete in all respect as directed by engineer-in-charge.

R.R. stone masonry in core of top of structure, butress wall and for fallen platform portion etc (with 20% new stone) with 1:1:1 lime surkhi mortar (1lime : 1surkhi : 1coarse sand (with less than 8% clay)) mortar to be prepared in garath mixed with adhesive material like Gud, Belgiri and babool gum including curing etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) etc complete as per directions provided by engineer-in-charge.

Faced Ashlar stone masonry on top and sides of the sculpture (20mm avg. thickness) as per original in 1:1:1 mortar (1 Lime : 1 B. Surkhi : 1 C.Sand (with less than 8% clay)) mortar to be prepared in garath with adhesive material like gud, belgiri, gond etc and provision for required inter locking joints with top key notches mortise system and fixed in SS dowel to get more strength including all lead and lift of matreial etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

20mm thick plaster on internal surface on wall in cement mortar (1 Cement : 4 C.Sand) including, Curing etc complete fine finish etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying 1:2 lime concrete with brick aggregate (20mm down gauge) & 50% of lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 C. Sand (with less than 8% clay)) mortar to be prepared in garath with binding solution of belgiri, gud, methi, jute and adhesive material beating with bamboo stick first & then with thaphi till the surface is harden to maintain the proper slope & top surface finishing with lead approx 200mtr etc complete in all respect as per directions provided by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 70 to 75 mm thick avg Bijoliya stone flooring matching the original over 20mm thick base of Lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 coarse sand (with less than 8% clay : 1 surkhi) mortar to be prepared in garath with adhesive material like gud, belgiri, gond, etc including cutting, chiselling moulding and fixing the new stone etc complete as per directions provided by engineer-in-charge. (Note-The sample of stone has to be approved by circle office before execution of the work)

Providing and laying stone slab over rain water storage tank for covering the storage tank including cutting in size 75mm avg. thick stone slab etc complete as per the directions provided by engineer-in-charge.

Recess pointing with 1:1:1 lime stone dust mortar (1lime : 1stone dust (to match the color of Ashlar Stone Masonry and Flooring) : 1coarse sand (with less than 8% clay)) mortar to be prepared in garath mixed with adhesive material like Gud, Belgiri and babool gum including racking, cleaning and washing out joints with mixing hardener and colour pigment for matching the original etc complete.

Recess pointing with 1:1:1 lime surkhi mortar (1lime : 1surkhi : 1coarse sand (with less than 8% clay)) mortar to be prepared in garath mixed with adhesive material like Gud, Belgiri and babool gum including racking, cleaning and washing out joints for matching the original etc complete.

Providing and fixing M.S. Hollow post for shed roofing structure with size, MS Post, MS Angle & MS Plates of required sizes as per Drawing to be provided before execution of work etc. complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 450x450 C.I main Hole cover in angle frame 50x50x5mm for storage tank etc. complete.

Providing and fixing the terracotta colour metal corrugated roofing sheet 0.50mm thick 150GSM paint (JSW Colour On Plus) thick with nut, bolt, washer, and properly overlapping each other including cutting, welding and transportation charges with loading/unloading etc.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete

Disposal of unwanted waste material / malba received from the site during the work after stacking and measuring and taking it to trolley with head load upto 200mtrs and then by mechanical transportation upto lead of 5 km from site area for site clearance and good appearance.

Erection and dismantling scaffolding with wooden ballies and bamboo challies for execution of work including renting & carrying the scaffolding material from shop to working site then back to shop etc complete.

Providing water tanker 5000 ltr capacity for masonry work and water curing purpose.
