Request for selection of Developer for setting up of minimum 640 MW Pumped Hydro Storage Plant PSP by using upper reservoir at Rihand dam and lower reservoir at Obra Dam at Distt Sonebhadra UP on TBCB basis

The bidder is required to quote the Annual Fixed Charge (INR/MW/Annum) excluding GST. . NOTE: 1. If any subsidy, concession, or discount is granted by the State Government or others, the bidders are required to quote the Annual Fixed Charges after duly factoring the aforesaid subsidy/ concessions/discounts. 2. The Bidder shall submit the details of the incentive / discounts considered while arriving at his quoted AFC. 3. Final Evaluation will be carried out seperately based on tariff quoted by Bidders and cycle losses in confirmance to conditions of RFS .

The bidder is required to quote theCycle Loss in percentage (%) . NOTE : The quoted Cycle Loss % shall be fixed for the entire term of the Pumped Storage purchase Agreement (PSPA) at the delivery point. We also undertake that the above declared Cycle Loss shall in no case be more than [25]% on an annual basis.
