M&L for Cleaning of 50,000 Gln capacity semi under ground water sumps of undermentioned tB13:B20anks of different Glns capacity by removing residual/balance water, taking out solid residual loose dirt, scales, mud, fungus, vegetation growth, scrubbing the complete inner surface of wall and floor with wire brushes and cleaning with water and again cleaning and washing completely using bleaching powder and fresh water, drying the entire surface and applying two coats of lime wash internally and writing the date of cleaning on external surfaces with thick synthetic enamel paint in bold Capital letters (not exceeding 15 cm high) once in six month, complete all as specified and as directed.

(The chamber shall be 150 mm above the ground level).

Repair to u/s sluive valve 80/100/150mm bore by dimantling all the parts after removing from site and replacement of all parts like spindle, GM lock, nuts, gasket, nuts both and washer etc to make fully serviceable and refixing the same in original position including connection, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (Brass spindle will be measured and paid separatley)

Supply only brass spindle suitable for 80/100/150mm bore sluice valve, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of oil immersed star delta starter heavy duty suitable for 50 HP, 3 Phase induction motor pump current rating 90-110amp mannual operated, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and dismantling the pump 415Volt, 3 Phase 50 HP/60HP capacity installed at pump house by removing all foundation nut bolts, coupling nut bolts completely, removing and replacement of unserviceable parts and reassembling the pump, refitting with motor with necessary coupling joint return back to existing pump house refitting to its original position connection testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Repairing of foundation , welding of base plate, metalling of shaft, spare parts of pump, repairing / overhauling of pump and motor, painting of pump and motor shall be measured and paid separtely . (II) Rates are inclusive of to and fro transportation charges, cost of petty items like oil grease packing material etc.,

Taking down and dismantling the Pump motor 415 volt, 3 phase, 37.5 KW/45 KW capacity by separating starter and rotar and cleaning with super quality celanging agent and taking out old u/s bearing, re-asembling the motor refitting with pump set with necessary coupling joint at existing position including electrical connection, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (1) Repairing of foundation, welding of base plate, metalling of shaft, spare parts for pump, repairing/ overhauling of pump and motor, painting of pump and motor shall be measured and paid separately (ii) Rates are inclusive to and fro transportation charges, cost of petty items like oil, grease, packing materials etc.

M&L bronze impeller including trimminmg of dia if required to matech the existing with stainless steel key, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L gland bush made of mild steel of superior grade including nuts bolts with washers and filling of gland packing and distance bush new, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pump shaft bearing, side welding, cutting alignment, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L new bearing in replacement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L ball bearing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for opening up the motor 50/60 HP carefully and removing burnt windings from starter and rewinding with suitable gauge of super enamelled copper insulated wire and superior insulating material including varnishing, heating, greasing, replacement of wornout bearing, reassembling the same including! testing on full load up to entire satisfaction, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The cost of bearing will be measure and paid separately.

Note: In case doubling/duplicancy of BOQ items , the lowest quoted rate shall be applicable for payment.
