M&L for Repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm and laying premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade @ 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings of size 6.3 mm and again well rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller (including supply of pre-mixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of pot holes exceeding 30 mm. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, water bound macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm and exc 50 & not exc 100mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. from surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wateto a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKNstatic weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directedThe finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013.(Avg Thickness 75mm)

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer VG -10/VG-20 at 10 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying bitmuminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 graded by weight of total mix including cement filler, surface rolled and compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness camber and gradient material mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by sensor paver finisher complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing bituminious surfaces removing dust, dirt, grease and other foregian material etc to receive the marking and M&L for thermo plastic (reflective) line marking having 2.5mm thickness (average) of uniform surface finish confirming to BS 3262 (Part-I) 1989 read in conjuction with the MORTH specification 803 clause 4.2.2 on bituminous surface in white / allow colour and suoer imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with the MORTH specification 803 clause 4.3.3 complete all as specfied and directed. Note : (a) MORTH specification 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work and suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by the GE. (b) The rate includes complete removal or scrapping of existingh thermoplastic road marking paint (if any)

Supply & Fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No.DA 972.0 fixed with & including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instructions. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fix in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufacturer's instructions etc. all as specified & directed.

S&F 600 mm dia road side convex mirror with polycorbonate fixed to 40 mm bore MS pipe with clamps including taking down old mirror , including Earth Work ,RFR,Removal of Surpules Soil and Embeded with PCC complete all as specified and as directed. Make Primo and equivalent.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and direceted.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves(thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for Surface excavation n. exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep & averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil. Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled & rammed including watering, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber. Complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slab or similar work of paver block sett in paving or in aprons etc any thickness or description laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for. Complete all specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete Type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, sub base, filling and mass concrete. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape & size confirming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement & no pigment. Complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per item above but except paver block; i.e. paver block obtained from dismantling will be re-used.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering & consolidation. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface. Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for coloured rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment over & including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of 1:6 cement mortar for laying floor finishes. M&L for 100mm th, Cement Concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in path/ hard standing surface finished with broom even and fair. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction joint 90 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with grade 'A' sealing compound. Complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles. Complete all as specified and directed.
