Providing and laying of conglomerate floor 40mm thick cement concrete topping 1 :2:4 (HSR 10.8)

10 mm thick cement plaster (HSR 11.4) 11.4.2 - 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : (HSR 11.5) 11.5.3 - 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty of approved brand and anufacturer, over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get en even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material , labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete (HSR 11.58)

Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge, to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.50 mm all complete. (HSR 12.33) 12.33.1 - With 2nd class teak wood beading 62X 19 mm

Providing and fixing ISi marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: (HSR 12.37) 12.37.2 - 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete (HSR 30.21)

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: (HSR 30.27) 30.27.1 - One or more coats on old work (Labour Rate)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade (HSR 30.28) 30.28.1 - One or more coats on old work (Labour Rate)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having voe content less than 50 gm per litre. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacture r's specification. (HSR 30.34) (Labour Rate)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: (HSR 30.37) 30.37.2 Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm). (Labour Rate)

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary: (HSR 30.55) 30.55.1 - Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 1O kg/sqm)
