Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including removing cable protection PCC covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable covers / bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m all as directed. Note :- Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and protection covers.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness of sand filling shall be measured and paid.

Supplying & Laying Sub Class `B’ common burnt bricks old size as in cable protection all as specified and directed.

Laying only old retrieved serviceable bricks/cable covers for cable protection as obtained from dismantling of the existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, taking out and removing old existing unserviceable underground, LT cable of any description and in any position complete including taking down protection pipe and seviceable bricks/ cable covers and stack up at the site properly all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following sizes:

10 Sqmm to 25 Sqmm any core cable.

35 Sqmm to 70 Sqmm 3½ core cable.

95 Sqmm to 150 Sqmm 3½ core cable.

185 Sqmm to 300 sqmm 3½ core cable.

Laying, jointing and testing XLPE / P.V.C insulated, armoured, heavy duty, aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade of any type laid in trenches/ducts, floors, fixed to walls etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge for the following sizes :-

Dismantling & taking down of existing worn out / unserviceable aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any type /size & in any position from existing LT/HT Poles/Lines complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing of aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/type on LT poles/lines including PG Clamps, stringing, tightening, binding to insulators with aluminium wire making and connecting jumpers, connections of existing cables etc. including commissioning and testing complete all as specified & directed. Dismantling & taking out of old existing unserviceable steel & iron items from poles such as cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts & bolts, washers of any description and in any position from LT over head line poles/ street light poles complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing Only old fabricated mild steel structure such as cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate including nuts, bolts & washers on LT over head line poles/ street light poles complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, fabrication and fixing for mild steel structure such as cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts & bolts, washers of any description on LT over head line poles/ street light poles complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling and taking down existing serviceable/unserviceable/ de-shaped/worn out LT/HT steel tubular / PCC pole of any shape, size & height including demolition of existing PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ENDURA PULSE LED Street Light MADE UP of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07. 60 W including GI light grade pipe bracket of suitable shape 1.5 mtr long and connecting cable 1.5 sqmm 3 core copper conductor and PVC conduit pipe 15 mm bore heavy duty ISI marked duly clamped with pole at 2 places complete all as specified and directed from light fitting to over head line in replacement with existing HPSV /MH / Old U/S light fittings of any Size/ type and depositing the retrieved fittings to the store yard. Make:-HAVELLS Cat part No LHETBXU7PA6J060 and equivalent in Bajaj,C&S, and CG.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP-31) 9 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole complete all as specified and dircetd. Note:- Excavation & PCC shall be measured & paid seperately.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6 ) type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregates ) as in sub base foundation etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4 ) type B-1 with20 mm graded stone aggregates for coping of poles with all necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8 ) type D-2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregates for foundation of pole of complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing of LT line 2 mtr all around by cutting tree branches of any numbers and any girth on any numbers of conductors/earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface dressing in soft/loose soil over the areas around the poles/feeder pillar boxes/ Panels/ sub stations not exceeding 15 cm depth including cleaning the bushes and vegetation and levelling incl removal of surplus soil in hard/ dense soil. Note:- (i) Cleaning will be done thrice in complete contract period preferable two during monsoon period. (ii) Payment will be done once in complete contract period. (iv) All necessary T&P and safety equipments required for the job will be provided by the contractor.

Removing/scraping the existing pre-painted aluminium paint preparing surface for applying new paint with two coats of approved quality aluminium paint on 9 mtrs long existing LT pole above coping all as directed and required along with existing accessories such as clamps, channels, angles etc. including numbering of poles with white paint on black back ground as per the directions and three Nos of reflector strips of 15 CM width over the pole surface on height of 1.50 mtr from GL in Red, Yellow, Green colours as approved all to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cable route indicators made out from CI round disc duly marked as "MES HT CABLE" etc in specified colour mounted on angle iron frame of size 40mmx40mmx5mm welded to frame and embedded in cast in situ PCC lock of size 150x150x300mm deep of mix 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including equired earthwork & excavation and painting of MS/iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified & directed.
