Mirror Full Size with Frame DIMENSION: The overall size shall be 4ft x 3ft. DESCRIPTION: The frame shall be made of teak wood beading 50mm wide. The mirror shall be fixed inside the teak wood frame by providing 6mm thick commercial plywood at back. Two key plates shall be provided at top ends for hanging purpose. FINISH: All wood and teak veneer surfaces shall be french polished with high gloss finish. Mirror shall be of not less than 5.5mm thick copper electroplated plished glass.

Display Board 2440X1220mm FD - 99 Overall size shall be 2440mm long and 1220mm high. Side, top and bottom shall be of first class hard wood teak (MP) Frame of in section made to space as shown on drawing , green baize cloth of best quality. Shall be fixed on 12 mm thick soft board fixed on 6 mm thick commercial plywood irrespective of what is shown on drawing . Front- shall have two shutter's open-able hinged on side front frame of shutter. Shall have styles and rails of 45 mm wide and 25 mm thick teakwood. Horizotal stiffeners 19 mm x 25 mm in section. Shall be provided at equal spacing as show on drawing. One vertical stiffener 19 mm x 25 mm shall be provided in the centre. Glass for glazing front shutter shall be 4 mm thick fixed with 10 mm x 10 mm teakwood beads 75 mm long hinges tow in numbers to each shutter shall be provided. 40 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm thick key plates shall be provided all as ahown on drawing. All wood surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high gloss finish steel and iron surface as shall be given tow coats of paint over a coat of primer. Rest all as per drawing.

Receptacle with Bucket FD 1044 Overall size shall be 420mm dia and 510mm high. The body shall be of 1mm thick GI (Galvanized Iron) circular sheet of 405mm dia. Bottom of circular sheet body shall have 25mm x 4mm flat iron band welded to 1mm thick circular sheet 95mm x 50mm dia foot rest 3mm thick cut to shape shall be welded to 25mm x 4mm flat iron lever whose fulcrum shall be in the centre of circular body supported by 25mm x 3mm flat iron made to V-shape and welded to circular sheet body in such a way that 6 mm dia loose rivet shall be provided in centre to hold and support fulcrum. The other end of lever shall be fixed to 25mmx4mm vertical lever hanged at bottom and top with 3 dia pin. The top end of vertical lever shall be attached to mild steel reinforcement sheet of 175mmx100mm welded to cover to enable cover to open when the pressure shall be put on the top of foot rest at bottom lever. Top cover shall be of 1mm thick GI sheet cover 420mm dia and bend inside cover 3mm dia wire al-round the cover. Two numbers brackets made to shape out of 3mm thick mild steel sheet as reinforcementsheet welded to cover, enable the cover to open. Bucket shall be made of 1mm thick GI sheet 340mm dia at top and 210mm dia at bottom. Top bucket shall have 2 numbers bracket 50mmx65mmx3mm thick flat iron welded to bucket for holding 10mm dia mild steel bar handle 40x3mm mild steel flat iron ring shall be provided at bottom of bucket 10mm dia mild steel bar handle shall be provided to bucket. All steel surface expect galvanized iron surfaces, shall be given two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces. Rest all as perdrg.

Chair writing FD/E6/MAP/12 The frame of the chair shall be of MS tublar frame powder coated can tilever type of size 25mm x10mm in section. Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort , 120mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back . Fabric shall be of Make: D' Decor /Vivid collection and colour /Shade of fabric as dirceted by Engg - in charge . PU arms shall be of superior quality and rein forced with MS insert, It shall be scratch and wheather resistant. Chair writing all as per drg shall be provided to the drg and specification shall be provided and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Sofa Set 5 Seater FD/E6/MAP-II/02 Timber : Well seasoned hard wood (Teak) free from dead knots. Cushion : 'U' foam shall be of 100 mm thick 40 density of make of Sleepwell/ Curl on/ spring well. Tapestry : Seat and back foam shall be covered with best quality cora cloth and tapestry cloth of Make: D'Decor/ Vivid collection/ Bombay dying all as per specified by Engg-in Charge /GE. Cushion seat and back duly stitched with nylon zip on one side shall be provided Polish : All exposed wooden surface shall be 02 coats of melamine over a coat of rose wood shade polish after preparation with wood primer of make : Berger to obtain high glossy finish to wood surfaces . PVC shoe of best quality shall be provided for bottom of the legs of sofa. Plywood : 12mm thick marine ply as per IS :710 of Make :Archid Ply/ Green Ply/ Century ply shall be used for seat and back Rest: All as shown in Drg and directed by Engg-in Charge /GE.

Table Centre FD 274 Timber : First class hard wood (Teak) shall be provided. Top : 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board with natural teak shade on top duly provided with TW beading. Polish : Two coats of French polish over a coat of primer. Rest all as per drawing .Rest all as per specified and shown on drg.

Chair writing FD 280 Timber : First class hardwood (Teak) Cane : 2mm wide plastic cane woven in "Godrej pattern" and 3-5mm wide cane for perimeter work Polish : French polish on all wooden surfaces Shoes : Hard rubber shoes in leg. Rest all as per drawing and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Table 900X600mm with drawer FD 283 Over all size shall be 900mm long ,600mm wide and 760mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak(MP). Legs shall be 60mm x 30mm insection through out and 741mm high, four in numbers, joint together in front, back and sides with top rails of 20mm x 110mm in section provided flush with top legs. The left side portion , viewing from front shall have drawers of 300mm wide 25mm x 24mm in section teak wood stiffeners on one side and 20mm x 30mm in section teak wood fillelt on other side of drawer one side an 30mm x 25mm in section on other side of drawer having rebate for guide rails as 12mm x 12mm in section shall be provided all as shown on drawing. The side and back of drawer shall be of 12mm thick and 110mm high teak wood planks . The front of drawer shall be of 20mm x 110mm in section teak wood plank . The bottom of drawer shall be of 6mm thick commercial plywood .Two bottom rails , one on each short side , shall be provided 20mm x 60mm in section teak wood joining legs in short sides. 5mm x 5mm in section groove shall be provided at the top of legs to the portion visible to view when placed in position . The top shall be 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior quality one side teak and balancing whiting colour shall be fixed. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided all round the edges of top of table . The top of table shall be flush with legs and there shall be on projection on any side. Hard rubber /PVC shoes of 25mm dia 25mm high shall be screwed to bottom al legs Rest as as shown drawing. All Exposed surface to direct visionshall be french polishafter prepaing/smoothen the surface .

Almirah large Steel with Locker FD/E6/MAP/18 Overall size of almirah large steel is 1900mm high,910mm wide and 490 deep. Description: The MS sheet use for making sides, front,drawers,partitions,base and shelves of the almirah shall be of 20 gauge except the back which shall be of 22 gauge . Three shelves shall be fixed at an equidistant position as shown in drg. The locker shall be provided with safety handle and lock. Lock shall be provide of Make Godrej/Harrison/Mortice . The front two doors of the almirah shall be hammer tonned as directed by Engg -in-charge/GE, shall be fixed with 75mm long hinges,three on each side with proper river and welding . The shelves shall be welded to sides and back if almirah internally as shown on drg . One chromium plated rod of 20mm dia shall be fixed at 75mm below the top for hanging purpose . Finish: All metal /Iron work shall be treat with synthetic enamel paint after doing two coats of metal primer . The entire almirah shall be dual in colour /shade as directed by Engg-in-charge irrespective of what is shown on drg . Rest all as per drg and directed by Engg- in -charge/GE.

Charpoy with Hard Top FD/E6/MAP-II/01 Long rails shall be 65x25mmx16 gauge MS Pipe with three stiffeners welded to equal distance of long rails 25x25 mm, 16 Gauge MS Tube and short rails shall be of size 65x25mmx 16 gauge MS Pipe. Legs shall be of size 32x32x16 gauge MS Pipe and top shall be 12mm thick BWR 7 ply commercial type plywood shall be used. Rest all as per drg and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Chair Dining FD 279 All as per shown on drg. Overall size shall be 440 mm long, 430mm wide and 890mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak (MP Teak) Front legs shall be 30mmx55mm in section throughout up to 460 mm high . Two side stiffeners in short sides shall be provided of 20mmx25mm. The cane shall be 2mm wide 0.4mm thick half round gola type of Shah/Arya/ Premier brand and woven in Godrej pattern. The cane shall weight not less than 6gms per ten running metre. Rest all as per drg and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Table Dining 6 Person FD 273 DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 1500mm long, 900mm wide and 750mm high. DESCRIPTION:Wood work shall be out of teak wood (MP Teak). As against 25x100mm long rail and short rails under the Top, the rails shall be out of 30x100mm. Eight numbers extra wooden corners to be provided joining legs with top rails and three stiffiners (one longer side and 2 on shorter side) of approved size shall be provided in between the leg on lower side of frame all as approved. Top shall be out of 18 mm thick pre laminated MDF board ) covered with Teak Wood edging alround the Top. Hard PVC toes shall be provided to the legs. Rest: All as per drg. Finish: All wood surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished in chocolete shade with high glossy finish. All other work as per drg specified by Engr-in-charge.

Receptacle PVC FD/E6/MAP/13 Receptacle shall be made with thick polymer plastic make cello/Brite or equivalent 20 Ltr plastic containers with lid & handles in bright colour ie Red, Green, Blue etc. REST : All as shown on drg and specified by Engr-in-charge

Stool steel 2' Height FD 81 All as shown on drawing. Over all size shall be 305mm long, 305mm wide and 760mm high. Stool shall be made out of 1mm thick mild steel sheet as shown on drawing. All steel and iron surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coat of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces. Tint of paint shall be as directed by Engr-In-charge.

Table Dining 1200x900mm FD/MAP-II/03 DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 1200mm long, 900mm wide and 750mm high. DESCRIPTION:All wood shall be of well seasoned teak wood .Top of the table shall be fixed made up of 18 mm thick plywood BWR grade with laminate sheet of approved shade of make: Archid ply /century pl/ Green ply with 4mm thick teak wood beading of semi round shape alround the edges of the top . Four legs shall be 90mm×45mm in section and 750mm high. Legs shall be joined by 45mm×90mm teak wood rails in long and short sides at top in such a way that top of legs and top of rails shall be at one level.25mmX45mm teak wood wooden member of size 900mm long shall also be provided as shown in drg. Two hard wood stiffeners of size 90mm×25mm in section shall be fixed equally spaced joining the long rails with dove tailed joints.Four teak wood brackets /corners of size 100mmx100mmx35mm thick shall also be provided over 150mmx30mmx5mm angle iron bracket. 25m dia , 25mm hight PVC shoes shall be provided at the bottom of the table. FINISH:All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine with approved colour / shade as directed after preparation of surfaces. Rest all as per drgs and directed by Engg-in-Charge/GE.

Safe meat and milk FD-47 (M) DIMENSION: All as shon on drawing. Overall size shall be 900mm long, 540mm wide and 840mm high. All wood shall be of 1st class teakwood. Legs shall be 45mm x 45mm at top and 30mm x 30mm at bottom, 40mm x 19mm stiffeners shall be provided on long sides and short sides connecting legs. Bottom and back shall be of 19mm thick teak wood planks. 75mm x 19mm teak wood frame shall be provided at top. Tow numbers interme diate stiffeners of 75mm x 19mm section. Front shutters of wire gauge shall be provided with 50mm x 19mm section rails and style. Wire gauge shall be of 12mm mesh and of 20 gauge. Side shall be of wire gauge fixed on the frame made of 50mm x 19mm seaction skeleton shutter fixed on sides. 19mm x 12mm wooden beearers, two numbers, shall be provided in side at the middle of sides. Seven numbers 50mm x 19mm thick wooden battens shall be provided over the side bearers. Back of Safe meat and milk shall be of 19mm thick wooden planks. 25mm thick per cast marble top duly polised shall be provided over top of safe meat and milk irrespective of what is shown in drg. 75mm long aluminium haps and staple shall be provided to top of shutter. Two numbers 100mm long aluminium hanlde shall be provided to top of shutter. 25mm long butt hinges, four in number (two on each shutter) shall be provided to front shutter. Two number (one on each shutter) magnetic cather shall be provided to each shutter. Two coat of white synthetic paint over a coat of primer shall be provided to all wooden surface with spray machine shall be as directed by Engr-In-charge.
