Part-A (Bituminous Work) Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (Local Earth) (Including cost of all Material, labour, T&P, Labour Cess and All other Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.), As per Direction by E/I.

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compaction with virbratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401, S.L.- 4-II, of MORD specification. (Including cost of all Material, labour, T&P, Labour Cess and All other Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.), As per Direction by E/I.

Providing, laying & spreading Material on a prepaid sub grade, adding cement @ 2% by weight to the spread Material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to from a layer of sub base. (MORTH SPECIFICATION 405) (Including cost of all Material, labour, T&P, Labour Cess and All other Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.), As per Direction by E/I.

Providing, laying & spreading Material on al prepaid sub base cement @ 4% by weight to the spread Material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to from a layer of base. (Including cost of all Material, labour, T&P, Labour Cess and All other Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.), As per Direction by E/I.

Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitminous VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 Kg. per Sqm. on the prepared granular surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification. Clause 503, of MORD specification including cost of Bitumen as per direction of E/I. (Including cost of all Material, labour, T&P, Labour Cess and All other Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.), As per Direction by E/I.

Providing,laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm. to 5.60 mm. aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN. static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be Seal coat as per Technical Specification. Clause 508, of MORD specification including cost of Bitumen as per direction of E/I. (Including cost of all Material, labour, T&P, Labour Cess and All other Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.), As per Direction by E/I.

Providing,laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenious surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type 'C' as per Technical Specification. Clause 510, of MORD specification including cost of Bitumen as per direction of E/I. (Including cost of all Material, labour, T&P, Labour Cess and All other Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.), As per Direction by E/I.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 (Including cost of all Material, labour, T&P, Labour Cess and All other Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.), As per Direction by E/I.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 (1:3:6) (M-10) (Including cost of all Material, labour, T&P, Labour Cess and All other Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.), As per Direction by E/I.

Providing and laying of 40 mm gauge B/B under Hume pipe culvert foundation in road work including all materials, labours, T&P etc. required for completion of the work. (Including cost of all Material, labour, T&P, Labour Cess and All other Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.), As per Direction by E/I.
