Supply, connection testing and commissioning complete of manufacture of OEM manufactured, static silent (sound proof enclosure) diesel Engine Driven generating set capable of delivering 250 KVA and AMF Panel manufactured by OEM, with 6 cylinder 4 stroke, water cooled, 415 volts (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through closed coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacture, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet outlet return inlet oil arrangement exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Bhopal (capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) incl PCC foundation (of suitable size 0.45 mtr above the ground and 0.30 mtr all round foundation for ease of movement ) anti vibration pads including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising and AMF panel designed by OEM as per requirement of DG set. (NOTE- DG set must be of latest CPCB-IV+ norms and guidelines as per third amendment rules, 2022) and Construction of plateform for DG set as per drawing provisioned by manufacturer and approved by GE.

ENGINE (PRIME MOVER):- Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, six cylinders, four stroke, conforming to ISO 3046/BS 5514 water cooled, turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive alternator capable of delivering 250 KVA outdoor atmospheric conditions at Bhopal (Taking all derating factor into consideration) including 12V DC, 120 AH Battery x 02 Nos. battery (as per manufacturer recommendations) electric battery start, complete with fly wheel, all standard fittings / fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with tacho meter , lube oil, temperature , pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self-starting system, dynamo fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and engine protection system (shutdown) high water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc. ALTERNATOR- Brushless AC alternator, 3 phase, 4 pole,415 volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 250 KVA minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 protection class enclosure, insulation class “H” salient pole, revolving field single bearing automatic voltage regulator through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine. BASE PLATE: - Made out of structural steel as per manufactures recommended design/ specifications. ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:- The enclosure is made CRCA sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms & IP 23, and powder coated after eleven tank pre-treatment process and UV resistant powder coated of all parts to withstand extreme environment high quality noise absorbent and fire retardant, top lifting for easy handling at site, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75% load under field condition and OX, 70 DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load alongwith testing conformance, labelling certification etc as laid down in GSR No 371 (E) dt 17 May 2002. AMF PANEL:- The AMF panel will be integrated with the DG set homogeneously and completely synchronized and communication compatible, front opening type protection, duly powder coated, with electrolytic grade copper bus bar of appropriate capacity for four poles with all standard switch gears. & protection, internal wiring of adequate size PVC insulated multi-threaded copper conductor cable etc. NOTE- RECD also incl in the quoted rate. CONTROL SYSTEM : Control system must be microprocessor based with LCD display model PS0602 CPCB norms/equivalent.

Supplying laying in trenches and fixing along the poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor of through walls etc jointing and testing LT Cross Linked Polythene Insulated(XLPE insulated) galvanized steel strip armored electric cable 1100 volt grade heavy duty ISI marked with aluminium conductor and overall served with an outer sheath of PVC, of cross sectional area including cable glands made out of finned brass double compression type of size 240 Sqmm 3.5 Core. Note :- Excavation/road cutting, earthwork, Sand Cushioning, Cable covers, Pipe for cable protection to be measured and paid for separately.

Excavation or road cutting in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5M depth for laying of cable, getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in hard/dense soil.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable line including spreading, leveling, well ramming completed all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

M & L Bricks laid in trenches flat with width equal to length of brick for cable protection well burnt sub class 'B' laid across the cable complete all as specified.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60 cm X 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32 X 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test point electrode, PCC pit with precast RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe 20mm dia protection pipe etc and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note No 1 :- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 150 mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm dia and wire mesh complete. Note No 2 :- Earthing strip and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 m will be measured and paid separately if required.
