M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc, and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and 3mm wide joints shall be maintained with spacers which is to be filled with epoxy grout using masking tape and the masking tape is to removed after filling the epoxy grout including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (600 x 300mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and 3mm wide joints shall be maintained with spacers which is to be filled with epoxy grout using masking tape and the masking tape is to removed after filling the epoxy grout including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish complete as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
