Supply of 3½ Core X 300 Sq.mm., 1.1 KV grade multicore aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS : 7098:1988 (Part 1) with upto date amendment complete as required.

Supply of 125 mm. outer dia. PE-100 grade, PN 10 rated High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe conforming to Indian Standard IS 4984:2016 with latest amendment, complete with all associated accessories like end caps etc. as per site requirement complete as required.

Laying of 125 mm outer dia. PE-100 grade, PN 10 rated HDPE pipe in ground up to 3 mtr depth as per site requirement through HDD (horizontal directional drilling ) method including jointing by welding, fixing necessary accessories like end plugs etc., providing suitable pull wires for pulling cables as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/ HDPE/ DWC pipe as required.

Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. Mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Extension of existing Electrical Panel which includes Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Installation & Integration, Testing and Commissioining of the Extension Section electrical panel (TTA type) of approximate size 2.40 mtr. (Height) x 0.75 mtr. (Width) x 1.50 mtr. (Depth), made of 2 mm. thick CRCA sheet totally enclosed IP 42, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, indoor compartmentalised (Form 4B), suitable for operation on 3 phase and neutral, 415 V, 50 Hz. AC system with high conductivity electrolytic quality aluminium 3200 Amp TPN busbar extensible on both sides, including internal wiring with suitable size wires/ cable, interconnection, space heaters, back panel light fixture, duly powder coated painting etc. as per relevant standards & Technical specifications, including supply and installation of following switchgears, metering instruments and accessories in the panel:

i) 400 Amp 4 Pole MCCB with Neutral link, Microprocessor Release (Ics value 35 KA)- 2 Nos.

ii) 250 Amp 4 Pole MCCB with Neutral link, Thermal Magnetic Release (Ics value 35 KA)- 1 Nos.

iii) 160 Amp 4 Pole MCCB with Neutral link, Thermal Magnetic Release (Ics value 35 KA)- 1 Nos.

iv) 100 Amp 4 Pole MCCB with Neutral link, Thermal Magnetic Release (Ics value 35 KA)- 1 Nos.

v) Digiltal Multifunction Meter suitable for configuration with BMS- 2 Nos.

vi) 'R', 'Y', 'B' Phase indicating lamps, LED type controlled by 2 amp MCB- 2 Sets.
