Half brick masonry with bricks of class designation 75 in foundations and plinth in Cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Extra for half Brick masonry in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level. (Including all lead,lift & carriages)

Centring and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) (Including all lead,lift & carriages)

12 mm Cement plaster of mix:1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) (Including all lead,lift & carriages)

Providing and Laying DPC 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders,railings, brackets, gates & similar works

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade New steel work (two or more coats)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 kg/10sqm
