EXECUTION OF WORK UNDER MW(CONS) TO STRUCTURAL REPAIRS TO THE GATES AND WALLS OF CITY & CITADELS AT VIJAYAPURA FOR THE YEAR 2021-22

Earth work excavation by manual for strengthening the foundation of the abutting wall including disposing the excavated earth away from the monument etc. complete as per specifications including cost of materials and labour charges as per the direction of the site in charge.

Providing and laying rubble soiling to the foundation to the fortification wall, at base coarse for flooring, including plinth filling using 65% random rubble stone boulders, 45% gravel (red murum) laying not more than 15 cms including compacting, watering etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by the conservation assistantin-charge

Providing laying in position plain cement concrete of Mix 1:2:4 with OPC cement @ 240 Kgs, with 40 mm and down size graded granite metal course aggregates @ 0.87 Cum and fine aggregates @ 0.45 Cum machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 Cms. Thick well compacted in foundation including cost of all materials and labour, HOM of machinery curing complete as per specification.

Construction of supporting wall to the existing collapsed fort wall to give support to the collapsed portion to avoid further deterioration and stabilizing the core of the fort wall using trap stone of average size 0.45m X 0.45m X0.30m in 1:1:1 Lime Mortar including stone dressing, edge cutting for fine jointing and conveyance of materials, water curing, erecting and dismantling of scaffolding, cost of materials and labour etc. complete per specification and directed by conservation assistant in-charge

Providing and constructing core filling using UCR trap stone of average size not less than 150mm and in 1:1:1 Lime Mortar hammered dressing including transportation charges, conveyance charges and water curing,cost of materials and labour etc. complete per specification and directed by conservation assistant in-charge

Providing grouting the cracks/ fissures/ voids visible on fort wall, marlons, bastion etc.with lime based grout, added with resins and grouting with mechanical pressure pump very carefully without damage of the any structure etc complete all as per specification and direction directed by conservation assistant in-charge

Providing precision lime mortar pointing to the fort wall at foundation in 1:1:1 Lime Mortar with average thickness 15 mm to 20 mm, including conveyance material, cost of materials, labour charges etc., complete, including erecting and dismantling of scaffolding all as per specification and direction directed by conservation assistant in-charge

Providing and laying Lime Mortar concrete on with fine ground1:1:1 lime mortar with 20 mm down size brick jelly laid for an average thickness of 0.15 cm including laying and compacting etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by conservation assistant in-charge

Providing and laying fresh 1:1:1 Lime Mortar for filling of voids/uneven surface of ancient roof for water tightening using well ground lime mortar including all ingredients including erecting and dismantling scaffolding, conveyance of the materials and water curing etc. complete all as per the specification and as directed by conservation assistant in-charge
