Making Cross lines 5cmx5cm and 1.00 cm apart on old painted surface including disposal of all scraped materials to distance of 30 M as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver block including removal of rubbish etc disposal of unserviceable to be dumping ground for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material with 50 meter lead as per direction of Engineer -in -charge

Providing & Laying 50 mm Local sand under interlocking /Tile including all Material Labour & T&P etc.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks In foot path, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required color & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications & direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous /granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam 40 cm. with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tons per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tons per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) of specified shade/ color using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
