Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - all work up to plinth level in 1:4:8( 1 cement:4 Coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nomnial size) . Crushed. (Including all carriages and leads).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring , shuttering, finishing and reinforcement -All work upto plinth level. 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement:1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominla size) Crushed.(Including all carriages and leads).

Provinding and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nomianl size)Crushed. (Including all carriages and leads).

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) (Including all carriages and leads).

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form far:-

In foundations, Footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Columns, pillars ,piers, Abutments , posts and struts.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls. Under 20 cm wide.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding roack) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50 mm and lift up 1.5 m.

Providing and laying Hand packed stone filling under floor including supply of stone. (Including all carriages and leads).

Supply and filling in plinth with fine sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete. (Including all carriages and leads).

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete . Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars . ( TATA/ SAIL).

Structural steel work welded in built up sections of truss and frame work including cutting hosting fixing in position ( angle irons , channels and M.S. plates) and applying priming coat of steel primer. ( TATA/ SAIL).

Providing and fixing 25 mm dia bolts with nuts including threading complet ( 3'-0" long).

Providing corrugated G.S sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed wth polymer coated J or hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.i limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purilins and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whereever required . 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2. ( TATA/ SAIL).

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S sheets fixed with polymers coated J.or hooks , bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2. ( TATA/ SAIL).

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade. New steel work ( two or more coats)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacture , over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finshing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)
