BUILDING WORKS (B) DISMANTLING, CUTTING CHASE, HOLES ETC. 1. Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. (a) In ground floor including roof.

BUILDING WORKS (B) DISMANTLING, CUTTING CHASE, HOLES ETC 6. Dismantling artificial stone flooring upto 50 mm. thick by carefully chiselling without damaging the base and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. a) In ground floor including roof.

BUILDING WORKS (B) DISMANTLING, CUTTING CHASE, HOLES ETC 17. Dismantling carefully wooden walling, flooring of ceiling and stacking dismantled materials as directed.

BUILDING WORKS (B) DISMANTLING, CUTTING CHASE, HOLES ETC 10. Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

(B) - SANITARY AND DRAINAGE WORKS.(B)-(III) WATER CLOSETS AND URINALS.(b) Repair Works.(2)Dismantling Indian W.C. including taking out base concrete as necessary.

MATERIALS AND LABOUR ETC.(C)-(I) MISCELLANEOUS 23 Dismantling and refixing drain pipe including cutting trench and refilling the same. (i) Upto 100 mm

MATERIALS AND LABOUR ETC.(C)-(I) MISCELLANEOUS 28.Cleaning rubbish, sludge, weeds scum, liquid earth, mud etc.etc.from road side masonary drain/ hume pipe drain/ culvert etc. by mathor labour after removing concrete.Slab/manhole cover etc.without damaging the same and refixing the same properly after cleaning as necessary and removing thesludge etc.etc.by using iron pans,buckets including all labour, tools & plants including removing the spoils in dry condition and disposing thesame by truck beyond the road side in conformity with municipal/corporation rules for such disposal including loading into truck and cleaning the road side in all respects as per direction of the Engineerin- Charge. (Payment will be made on the basis of actual stack measurment of spoils in dry condition at roadside)

Brick work with 1st class bricks in lime and surki mortar (1:2) (1 lime putty/paste: 2 surki) lime to be slaked at site and the mortar to be prepared with such lime putty and first class surki made from kiln burnt bricks having its fineness modulus between 2 and 2.5 and which passes through B.S. sieve No 8 with correspondes to I.S sieve No 200 with considerable grinding and pugging it complete. b) In Super structure, ground floor.
