Material and labour PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation & filling in Mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel locking bolts with mild steel electrogalvanised plate and bright bolt not less than 10mm dia 100mm size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints fixed to walls as rain water pipes all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) bends all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deepin Soft/loose soil for hard standing Stage all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; Soft/loose soil ,for foundation, etc. Or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. N exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc 250 m but n. exc 500 m and deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the base as in soil.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm all as specified & directed.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc.15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken boulders of gauge n.exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregatein CM 1:4 as in Path way complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks masonry exc 10cm width, type C1,1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 in two coats (10mm thick backing coat+5mm thick finishing coat) on concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal esistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removing all the rubbish as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (Ist quality) 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and set and jointed in neat grey cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for ceramic coloured tiles (Ist quality) 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and rises to steps etc. including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 set and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.
