Comprehensive maintenance in OTM Accn of GH under GE (East) Ferozepur Cantt

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar beding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in flooring etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match with colour of tiles over and incl screed bedding 15mm thick in cm(1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but as in skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Glazed Ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300 x 200 x 7mm/450 x 300 x 7 mm thick primium quality over and incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match colour of tiles complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in stairs, landing, steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade incl 10 mm thick rendering and including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing and including dismantling complete all specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering/plastering, 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering/plastering, 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.
