Removing vegetation, algae, moss and other organic growth from wall surface and cement concrete flooring by scarping, wire brushing and cleaning with water/high pressure water jet, including application of approved hercide for eradication of vegetation complete with disposal of debris outside the campus premises as directed by the Engineer in-charge

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.-Two coats

Finishing walls with ready mixed Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Company Depot Tinted) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives.New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work-Wall surface.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work-Wall Surface.

Removing white or colour wash to steel surface by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.complete

Applying priming coat:With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)
