Maintenance including servicing of stand by DG Set 500 KVA at Technical Bldg, Sub Station (for lighting and power points) . Make of Engine : Kirloskar , Make of Alternator : Stamford, Model No : DV 10 TA for smooth functioning and carrying out complete check of governer, breather, etc., cleaning of DG sets externally, checking of AMF panel, batteries etc , carrying out periodic 'A' and 'B' checks as prescribed by manufactures (As per annexure 'A' to Sch ‘A’) checking of voltage, frequency, power factor etc. complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES:- The Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the following :- (i) Overhauling of Radiator (ii) Calibration of FIP (iii) Diesel tank cleaning of DG Set etc., which shall be executed once in a contract period (iv) Labour element required for replacement of spares including testing catered for hereinafter in the BOQ, as per site requirement all as specified and as directed.
