Dismantling wrought or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise speifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise spcifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on birkc/surfaces built in cement mortar including raking out joints, bading for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position in unframed work complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Qty of Timber which is not considered in Schedule of Credit shall be deposited to users store.

Supply and applying microconcrete of Fosroc, Dr Fixit, or equivalent aroung edges of Dock walls, jetties, corners, grooves, alters, steps, piers and other marine structure after complete cleaning of concrete surface and applying epoxy coat as bonding agent Fosroc's Nitobond or equavalent for bonding between old and new surface, including all lifts, shuttering all as required as per site condition complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement , wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthening the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing 40mm thick polymer plaster (1:5:15, cement, sand, polymer) and finally finishing the surface all as specified and directed. Make :- Dr.Fixit/ Sunanda/ Chemestik/ Fosrok as aprooved. Note :- (New reinforcement and MS Sections will be measured and paid separately)

S&F welded steel wire fabric, cut to length, fixed to steel members/reinforcement steel, weight per Sqm nexc. 4 Kg complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for gently cleaning the surface of the stone masonry and piers in building/jetty/dock above sea water level with specialized water misting techniques employing air water jet using a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray a fine mist along the stone surface, without over wetting, followed up by gentle brushing with soft nylon brushes as specified. Gentle surface cleaning may include using water misting and mild pH balanced surfactants as specified for indicated areas to remove surface dirt, grit, surface accretions, lime wash etc by means of water misting and pH balanced surfactants and cleaning as directed by Engineer - in- Charge. Note:-1- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of removing vegetation,oil,grease, sea growth on surface of stone wall surfaces. 2- Rate should be inclusive of necessary arranegemnt of scaffolding or otherwise while carrying out work above sea water level.If there is requirement of small private boat for carrying out the work, same should be arranged by contractor. 3- Necessary safety precautions as per safety norms like helmet, shoes, life jacket must be ensured by contractor with in the quoted rates.

Material & labour for raking out cement pointing or any other hard material used and careful repointing and repairs to be carried on the damaged pointing of stone masonary in jetty/dock above sea water level by using RENDROC SP 40 in FOSROC or equivalent in Sika and others suitable for marine environment and submerged condition. The contractor to ensure use of masking tape and sharp specialized spatula and tools to ensure clear lines and high level of workmanship on site all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-1- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of removing vegetation,oil,grease,sea growth on surface of stone wall surfaces if observed again after cleaning under item no 1 2- Rate should be inclusive of necessary arrangemnt of scaffolding or otherwise while carrying out work above sea water level. If there is requirement of small private boat for carrying out the work, same should be arranged by contractor. 3- Necessary safety precautions as per safety norms like helmet, shoes, life jacket must be ensured by contractor with in the quoted rates. 4- Work should be executed as per manufacturer instructions and in presence of company rep.

M & L for Cleaning of concrete surface by wire brush and removing all loose particles over caissons and applying 3mm bitumen layer over 1mm thick tarfelt complete as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels cantilevers, shelves including supt-ports, overhangs, etc. Also splays between floors and beams, etc. rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork to sides of pillars posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions square, rectanguar or polygonal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm dia over mild steel TMT bars, cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not lessthan 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 16 here in before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders

M & L for errection & dismantling of MS tubler double scaffolding (H frame) upto height of 30m & with necessary brazing, provision of necessary safety equipment to the skilled workers to carry out the work and covering with green cloths for carring out external face work of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ready mix cement concrete in Pavement/Hard standing (PQC) M-40 in field using minimum 375 Kg of cement per cubic metre laid in bays or as directed with and including steel formwork to sides of concrete spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast RCC (1:2:4) type BI using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs and set incement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid Separately)

M & L for eCleaning of covered drains of sectional aea exc 0.24 Sqm but n.exc 1 Sqm by using suitable device for removing blockage of line, mud, silt and other debris and removal of obtained spoils out MD land, including taking precautionary and safety measures etc complete all as spcified and directed.

S & F 1st class hardwood (TEAK WOOD) Plain, solid, straight, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered segmental supplied and fixed (size of wooden planks ( 3000 mm x 300 mm x 150 mm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall, applying two coats of Oil emulsion distemper over a coat wall care putty of 3mm thick and alkali primer all as specifed and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying a coat of wall care putty 3mm thick on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering and applying two coats of oil bond distemper ver a coat of wall primer all as specifed and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces in ceiling, applying three coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering minimum 20mm thick polymer modified mortar in cemet mortar (1:3) with graded quartz sand with additive Monolith - PMM of Fosroc/Krishnaconchem or polymer mortar HB of Dr. Fixit or Shalifix RM SG 01 of STP Ltd. 15% by weight of cement in one coat with and including curing as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or un plastered or un plastered wall surfaces, over 10cm girth applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emulson over a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instruction

M&L for complete removal of existing plastered wall surface, over 10cm girth preparation of surfaces, applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emulson over a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instruction.

M&L for epoxy base joint filler paint on external surfaces of walls/floor to fill the cracks with and including resin and hardner in proportion as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed Make : Pidilite / Focrac / Chemistic or equivalent

M&L for applying thermoplastic paint in letter writing, Nos, Dashes, Arrow etc all as per manufacturer's instruction and all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new decorated wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of epoxy paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of epoxy paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Stainless steel (Grade 316) ladder, railings, plate, chain etc in staircase, landing etc. complete with and including necessary welding, buffing / polishing and fixing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Design for stairs/ladders or any others will be as approved by GE.

Material and labour for preparation of existing rough surface of dry concrete floor by means of mechanical grinding to achieve a rough, coherent substate having an excellent anchor profile removing all the loose material, rust, dirt etc, clean and dry the surface by using vacuuming eqipment and compressed air if required. Surface shall be detergent washed to get PH value neutrality complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for application of two coat of polyurethane based coat of UR 150 of FOSROC or equivalent in K2P in the ratio as per manufacturer instruction. Thickness of coating shall be as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed. Note for item Nos 14 to 17 :- The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator of approved firm only. Regarding sample approval bidder shall visit the site of work where sample patch of coating is marked before quoting of tender. The coating chemical shall be approved by GE in consultation with users i.e. (GM) tech of ASD, Naval Dockyard, Mumbai, whose decision shall be final & binding in this respect. Nesessary guarantee shall be also submitted by the contractor in writing as specified in PS
