AMC of Electrical Installation for 02 Years at NATS Complex

SH-1 : MANPOWER

1. Maintenance/operation of various Electrical & Mechanical installation including preventive and break down maintenance / repairs, attending complaints on all working days( 6 days in a week) i/c holidays etc. complete as required at NATS complex, IGI Airport with following manpower, as and when required as per site requirement.

(a) Electrician/Operator (Skilled)-06 Nos. for Shift and General duties (Rate for one month) (As and when required to meet shortage of manpower)

(b) Electrical attendant (Unskilled) - 04 Nos. for Shift and General duties. (Rate for one month) (As and when required to meet shortage of manpower)

2. Preparation and submission of various reports related to Operation & Maintenance (i/c standard/breakdown maintenacne) of various E&M Installations at NATS Complex as and when required (Highly Skilled manpower) . Computer and other infrastructure will be provided by AAI. (Rate for One month).

SH-2 (Rewinding / Repair of Motors etc. )

1. Rewinding of Exhaust fans/ pedestal fan/wallmounted fan of following sizes with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge & insulation grade i/c replacement of ball bearing, shaft etc. as reqd. Dismantling, transportation to workshop and back reinstallation, testing, commissioning, making connection, providing and fixing of necessary nut & bolts etc. (As & when required). (Old winding material will be retained by agency.)

2. Rewinding of ceiling fans of 1200/1400 mm with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge & insulation grade i/c replacement of ball bearing, shaft etc. as reqd. Dismantling, transportation to workshop & back and re-installation i/c connection, testing & commissioning (as & when required ). (Old winding material will be retained by agency).

3. Rewinding of different models and make 3 phase induction motors of centrifugal and monoblock pump/submersible pump motors of following capacities as & when required with copper conductor of suitable gauge and insulation grading i/c dismantling, transportation, from the site to workshop and back, re- installation etc. complete as required. (Old winding material will be retained by agency.)

4. Repairing of 3-phase monoblock / submersible pump by replacement of defective bronze bushes,bearings, impeller, water seal, gasket, shaft, impeller etc. complete as required (As & when required) of capacity (Old dismantle material will retain by agency).

5(a). Labour charges on lifting of all existing size submersible pump motor set ( Bore well pump set ) from the existing bore of upto 250 feet deep as & when required along with pipe lines, cable , wire rope etc. and re-installation of the same after rectification of the defect (Spare parts charges of repairing for rectification of pump/motor will be paid separately).

5(b). Labour charges on lifting of all existing size submersible pump motor set from the existing sump of upto 25 feet deep as & when required along with pipe lines, cable etc. and re-installation of the same after rectification of the defect (Spare parts charges of repairing for rectification of pump/motor will be paid separately).

6. Dehydration and filteration of transformer oil at NATS Bldg. complete i/c hiring charges of filteration machine, labour, drums etc. complete with submission of oil testing for acidity report. (The quanty includes 2 Nos. dehydration for 2 Nos. transformers for the year 2018-19 and 2019-20)

7. Dismantaling and Removing of existing SFU of various capacities from the different existing panel and supply & fixing of following capacities MCCBs /MCBs for the existing panel i/c required modification, cutting, rubber gasket and fabrication required, work din rail to install new MCCB/MCB including end termination, interconnection and all associated works complete as & when required.

(a) MCCB, 100 Amp (10 KA), 4P.

(b) MCCB 125Amp (25KA), 4P.

8. Painting of Street Light pole with suitable approved make paint two coat and numbering upto satisfaction of EIC

9. Repairing of earth pit with plaster as per direction o EIC.

10. Supply and fixing CI/MS cover plate for earth pit hinged with locking arrangement upto satisfaction of EIC.

SH-3 : - Supply of Spares/Accessories

Supply of following electrical spares/items suitable for single phase 50 Hz A.C. supply complete as given below :

1. Lamps for Flourescent Tube Light for general lighting services.

(a) 36 Watt ( T 8 FTL)

(b) 28 Watt ( T 5 FTL)

(c) 14 watt T-5 HE 6500K

(d) 18W / 20 W (2 Feet).

2. CFL lamps of following ratings :

(a) 36 watt (FP-L-36 Watt), 4 Pins.

(b) 18 Watt CFL (2 Pins ).

3. Supply of 18-20 watt LED T8 tube with minimum light 1650Lm with prior approval of EIC.

4. Supply of industrial first Aid Kit Make : ST JOHNs First Aid Kits Pvt. Ltd. Or equivalent as per direction of EIC.

5. Supply of 50 W 12V Electronic Transformer suitable for Halogen Lamp Make : Phillips ETK 50

6. Supply of starter suitable for Fluorescent tube light/CFL of following ratings :

(a) Universal starter for 18 Watt, 110 V.

7. Supply of Electronic Ballast for following CFL / FTL fittings :

8. Supply of PVC insulated, PVC round sheathed, unarmoured copper conductor flexible cable, 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS : 694 with upto date amendments as reqd.
