Dismantalling of old (03 nos.) 33 KV PT Heptacare make with structure and foundation at 33KV 5MVAR capacitor bank I after opening of all jumpering, earthing and control cable work during shutdown period. The Job includes shifting of material working site to S/S store at 132 KV S/S Pukhrayan.

Dismantalling of old (03 nos.) 33 KV CT Automatic electric make and (04no.NCT) with structure and foundation at 33KV 5MVAR capacitor bank I after opening of all jumpering, earthing and control cable work. The Job includes shifting of material working site to S/S store at 132 KV S/S Pukhrayan .

Dismantling of 33KV old VCB ABB make (01no.) with structure & foundation and opening of all connected jumpers and terminatation of all control cables.The Job included shifting of all dismantaled material working place to substation store at 132 KV S/S Pukhrayan.

Dismantling of 33KV Isolator (01no Bus isolator and 02 no. Section isolators with structure & foundation and opening of all connected jumpers. The job included shifting of all material working place to substation open store.

Dismantling of (03no.) PI with ALP Structure & foundation and shifting of all material working place to substation open store.

Dismantling of 2x5MVAR capacitor bank unit-I with foundation. The job including opening, cutting and shifting of all dismantel material working place to substation store at 132 KV S/S Pukhrayan.

Dismantling of existing pale fencing which are fixing around the 33KV 5MVAR capacitor bank I. The job including cutting, opening with the help of skilled labour and T&P and shifting of all material working place to substation open store.

Destringing of 33KV R,Y and B phase ACSR Panther conductor (7.5mtr.) with tension fitting which is connected with 33kv main bus. The Job includes shifting of material working site to S/S store at 132 KV S/S Pukhrayan.

Destringing of 33KV R,Y and B phase ACSR Panther conductor (21mtr.) with tension fitting . The Job includes shifting of material working site to S/S store at 132 KV S/S Pukhrayan.

Providing & fixing of 1” dia JINDAL make G.I. Pipe with 2C, 2.5Sqmm control cable including plumbering work with elbo, socket, cutting, welding and jointing work etc. at 132 KV S/S Jainpur. (As per required cable provided by department free of cost)

Providing and fixing of Energy meter in iron box and iron box fixed in near 33 KV CT junction box. The job includes iron box prepared by contractor in the supervise of S/S incharge and iron box painted one coat red oxide and two coat enamel paint. (Energy meter provided by department free of cost) and sealing of cable of CT & PT installed at 33 KV Supreme bay at 132 KV S/S Pukhrayan, Kanpur Dehat.

Providing and fixing of new gerneration energy & environment friendly long aluminium outdoor beam street light with high power 120 watt LEDs as light source & exclusively designed polycarbonate cover along with electronic driver complete fitting suitable for 230volt AC input supply of GL/Havells/Surya/Philips/Bajaj etc. including wiring from junction box to light fitting point and checking of healthiness fo LED light.

Laying of 2/4Cx2.5 sqmm. PVC control cable for periphery lighting. The job also including the excavation of trench below 0.5mtr. and laid the cable in the trench and filling the sand on the cable then covering the same by using first class brick and completion of work. (cable provided by department free of cost)

Providing & Fixing of 6 to 10 amp single phase MCB in lighting cubical junction box. The job include proper wiring work etc including cost of all material labour T&P etc for proper completion work.

Providing and fixing of double door type junction box MCB type with the structure for cable lighting termination work.

Providing and fixiing of 33 KV feeder name plate of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet plate size 400x200 mm with covering retro reflection sheet base yellow colour & write feeder name in black colour

Carriage of various materials i.e. VCB, CT, BSI, LSI, MS-Flat, ALP, 33KV C&R Panel, & control cable near about 100 Km. approx the job includes shorting, Counting, Spacking, Loading and Unloading the same at 132 KV S/S Pukhrayan, Kanpur Dehat Under ETD-I Kanpur via suitable private carriar.

Making of delta Earthing by 36/40mm dia. MS round bar and MS strip of size 50x6 mm. The job includes making of 3 nos. electrodes 03 mtr long boring/inserting work in 0.50 mtr below the ground level. Including laying and welding work of MS strip of size 50x6 mm from electrods to electrodes laying approx. distance of 1.50 mtr. After excavation of earth trench 0.50 mtr. and all other associated work to complete the satisfactorily in all respects.

Dismantling of old & obsolete 5MVAR Capacitor bank panel installed at control room at 132 KV S/S pukhrayan, Kanpur Dehat . The Job includes opening of all cable connections, cutting of earthing of strips and shifting of above dismantal panel from working place to S/S store and new 33 KV Tripple feeder panel from S/S strore to control room with the help of skilled labour safely by manualy approximate distance 50Mtr.

Erection of new 33 KV Tripple feeder C&R Panel as per proper alignment & instruction of S/S incharge with making earthing by MS flat 25x6/50x6mm in control room at 132 KV S/S Pukhrayan.

Termination of all Control cable for above 33 KV bay with control panel including hole in gland required supply & fixing of suitable cable gland of approximate size supply and providing ferrule in each core of cable & its termination wiht lugs and all other associated work to complete the work satisfactory for 33 KV Bay.

Modification of Various type substation structure by cutting and drilling of holes with welding work etc. as per site requirement.
