The following work is to be done at 132 K.V. Sub Station Aalapur with all cost of men, materials, misc. consumables and T&P etc. required for the job during the Year 2021 :

Clearance of dense Jungle and Cutting of Grass, Kusha & Kansa including Uprooting of the Rank Vegetation, Grass, Bushes, Shrubs etc. by Scrapping of Grass, Bush Wood & Plants etc. above 2" over the ground level; Weeding out the wild growth Roots, Seeds etc. and collection of the foreign materials like Kankar, Ballast, Pebbles, Waste Papers etc. in Switchyard and Area around Control Room / Committee Room / Store Sheds and Openyard Store Area at the Sub Station & surrounding of Sub Station, then Disposal of all the removed Vegetation, Rubbish & Garbage etc. by throwing it outside the Periphery of the Sub Station Premises including Spraying of Crystal mixture by diluting it with water in the ratio of 1:60 with the help of manual operated Spraying Machine on the Grass / wild growth / Plants in Switchyard Area. (WORK OF GRASS CUTTING 04 TIMES & CHEMICAL SPRAY 01 TIME IN ONE YEAR)

Re-development / Re-conditioning / Maintenance of lawn’s around Control Room Building Area at 132 K.V. Sub Station Aalapur including cutting of grass with lawn movers or foot drillers removal of foreign jungle grass earth on lawn, leveling with lawn roller, maintenance of already planted trees/ plant including inter cultured operation i.e. weeding making mounds up to 1m dis. And protection from cattle with all tools & equipments as required. Upkeep of the different flower/ oriental/ seasonal plants planted in cement / earthen gamlas. Chemical fertilizer, pesticides, and other misc. work by deploying the mali/ chaukidar, work assistance as per instruction of engineer in charge. Maintenance of hedges of different size, the work include their trimming for maintenance proper hight and replacement of dead plants, the work also include the cleaning, watering of hedge bed. The fertilizer, pesticides , weedicides, etc. and all required T&P shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost to complete the job satisfactorily .

Removal of cable trench cover and cleaning the foreign material, kankar ballast , waste papers, cable/wire piece etc. and uprooting the rank vegetation grass, wild plants creepers grown inside the cable trench collecting and throwing the waste material outside the substation premises and closing the trench covers after completion of work at 132 K.V. Sub Station Aalapur.
