Earthwork in bulk excavation (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 Sqm. on plan) including disposal of excavated soil lead upto 50m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying of Granular Sub-base (GSB) - [Plant Mix Method] by mechanically and compacting in layers in each layer 125mm using stone aggregate by providing close Grading - I materials 53mm to 9.50mm at 50%, 9.5mm to 2.36mm at 20% and 2.36mm andbelow at 30% mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC and loading tippers conveying of mixed material to work site dumping and spreading in uniform layers with dozers and motor grade on prepared sub grade surface in stage to proper grade and camber and compacting with vibrator power roller 8-10 Tonne to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, 4 parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & 8 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/m# and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticizer / super plasticizer) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Fabricating and placing in position of M.S / Tor steel grills for R.C.C works in all floors including cost of Steel, cutting, bending, binding with 16 Gauge GI Binding wire and placing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering for foundation footings of columns, mass concrete so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying impregnated bitumen pad of 20 mm thickness and 275 mm depth (approximately) for expansion joints to the required length as specified in the drawing and as directed including making necessary holes in the pad and fixing the same in to the dowel bars all labour, materials, transportation, tools, equipment etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. Note: 1.The rate shall include making necessary holes in the pad for fixing the same in to the dowel bars. 2.The joint filler shall comply with IS 1838 - 1983 or its latest edition.

Providing and fabricating 32mm dia MS bars and placing in position as dowel bars for expansion joints as per details shown in the drawing and as directed including all handling, cutting, bending, all labour, materials, equipment, tools etc., complete. Dowel bar of length 500mm for expansion joints (one half of the rod painted with bitumen and greased to avoid bonding with concrete) including providing necessary PVC sleeve & cap, cotton waste @ 300mm c/c etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and laying bitumen sealing compound of grade 'A' conforming to IS 1834 # 1984 (or its latest edition) for Expansion joints as per details shown in the drawing, including painting the edges of the joint with an approved primer all as specified and as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, fuel, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying bitumen sealing compound of grade 'A' conforming to IS 1834 # 1984 (or its latest edition) for Longitudinal joints and Contraction joints as per details shown in the drawing, including painting the edges of the joint with an approved primer all as specified and as directed at site of work. including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, fuel, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position of 75micron LDPE poly sheet membrane for road construction including overlaps over the WMM/GSB surface and including cost of polysheet and laying charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying (to level and slope) and jointing Reinforced Concrete Heavy duty non pressure pipes, IS class NP3 of 300mm diameter with flush joints including testing of joints etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmentalofficers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) ( One cement, five M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in Ground Floor of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, five Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying One coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and Two coats of ACE - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the New wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings andother foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing R.C.C. Pre-cast slab 100mm thick of various size in Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 including all labour, materials, form work, reinforcement, conveyance and fixing the slab etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Deploying earth moving machinery JCB wherever required for the following works viz., Earthwork excavation, filling, levelling the undulated area, cleaning the vegetation along with roots, removal of unwanted debris / juliflora trees, loading into lorry and for any other works required etc., including cost of diesel, oil, operator charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Construction of embankment with Well Gravel obtained from near by area with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300.2 etc., complete as per clause 305 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabrication and fixing Steel Gate of size 5m x 3.50m (Two leaf) using 80mm dia pipe alround, vertical 50mm dia MS pipe with 5 inch centre to centre spacing. . MS Plate of size 0.90m x 0.90m both sides - 4 Nos. for fixing Port Emblem with Vinyl Sticker. The cost including all materials, labour charges, fabrication charges, Clamp & Locking arrangements including one coat primer and two coats of Synthetic enamel paint, Scaffolding, conveyance and fixing charges etc., and providing RCC concrete pillar for fixing the MS gate. size (0.45m X 0.45m X 3.50m height). The cost including dismantling the security wall size (6.00 X2.50m Both two sides) (i.e) South end (Near bell hotel) and North end (near Karikalam Colony) and all materials , earthwork excavation, shuttering, Scaffolding , labour charges, fabrication , conveyance , plastering in Cement mortar 1:3 including necessary Scaffolding, racking of masonry joints cleaning , curing etc., and applying 1 coat primer and Two coats of ACE –Exterior Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality over the new surface. The cost including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding etc., and also attending the Repair and Renovation works at 2 Nos of Steel gate ....etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officer
